Pros: Staff was professional
Cons: Need to post the gate assignment sooner for those of us traveli g with the elderly.
Cons: Told us to pick up stroller in Dublin. Get there and we are told that is not possible. Of course we not have arrived at our final destination without said stroller. Seats are on the pitiful side of the spectrum and gets a bit old being nickled and dimed for drinks, sodas, food. . .
Cons: Would have been excellent but it was 30mins late

Cons: We arrived late to Dublin because of weather and we’re going to miss our connection to Leeds so they rerouted us via Manchester but our bags, though tagged “Rush” did not make it on the new flight and we were without them for five days! we still had to get to Leeds so we had to pay for train tickets
Pros: It was a quick, short flight.
Cons: My bags did not make the connection, which is crazy considering I was in Dublin for about 7 hours. It was not a quick layover, and my bags should have been on the plane with me.

Pros: We were late for our connecting flight because of a plane issue and no one from the Air Lingus did anything to help us get to our next flight out of London to Munich. We asked several times and they said follow the signs .
Pros: Quick boarding, kind crew
Cons: All food and drinks for a cost. I had to run to make it to my gate which was quite a distance and a shuttle ride away.

Cons: Our bags were lost, no apologies (in fact, the phone was put down on me twice), when the bags were returned after 24 hours, one was damaged and had to be replaced at my expense....no chance of a refund. My family and I will NEVER TRAVEL WITH AER LINGUS AGAIN....the worst airline in the world
Pros: I love Aer Lingus, they appear to be always on time and nice comfy seats. No problem boarding, was nice and quick.
Cons: Nothing to not like at mo.
Pros: The crew was pleasant. Plenty of entertainment options to not get bored. Food was great too.
Cons: My seat kept sliding back and forth, on the bottom and I had to keep moving it back into place. It made it quite uncomfortable.
Cons: The floor plan on Aer lingus website for seating was did not match the actual plane iwe were on so the legroom was not as good as what the website illustrated when we boarded.
Pros: Seats were better than the international leg.
Cons: Everything. Offer at least a drink - all drinks were a charge. Staff was rude. Also they lost our luggage.
