I was told I couldn’t get a flight until 24-48 hours later. There were flights available through other airlines, so I asked if they could get me on one of those flights. I then sat on hold for 45 mins to be told that the airline wasn’t responding and the only thing they could do is refund me. I ended up purchasing a new round trip airfare 4 hours before departure which cost me $1000 more than what I paid for my original flights. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and stress during this period again with no help from the agents. I expect someone to get back to me regarding this and offer some options on how to make this situation right."

Another two hours of waiting while one clerk worked each of the 35 people to rebook. Disaster. Tears. And those who needed assistance with a wheel chair were left at the last point to the boarding of flight as early as 7:00 AM with no opportunity to look around for food."
