Pros: Quick boarding, kind crew

Cons: All food and drinks for a cost. I had to run to make it to my gate which was quite a distance and a shuttle ride away.

Cons: Excellent airline. Always my first choice!

Pros: The crew was amazing.

Cons: My flight from ORD-DUB arrived late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I talked to an agent and they told us we would have to pick up our bags at a different carousel and then go to the ticketing agent for a new flight. 1 ticketing agent+3 hours of waiting = 1 pissed off traveler.

Pros: Comfortable seats

Cons: WiFi was not working. Flight was 2 hours delayed

Pros: Crew was good. Seats were good.

Cons: The flight attendants were not helpful or attentive. A nine plus hour flight and they offered drinks once, picked up garbage once and when we tried to give them garbage before landing, told us to put it in the seat pocket or toss on the floor! It looked like the plane had been trashed when we exited

Cons: Flight was delayed. Missed connecting flight to London. Two days with no baggage (missing).

Cons: Lost my bags

Cons: The plane was delayed by 2 hours at Dublin but we didn’t find out until about 20 min before the original boarding time. It seems like there was a mistake if the plane couldn’t be confirmed until then.

Cons: Flight not being delayed

Cons: Lost our luggage and broke our stroller

Cons: Good service cold have come sooner, I wanted to sleep as much as possible but it was a full 2 hours before the service finished.
