The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth
Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!
The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.
Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.
Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.
Would be good if we didn't have to print out own boarding pass
The flight was absolutely fine. Unfortunately it was delayed by an hour due to unforeseen reasons.
I’ve flown Aegean many times and they remain consistent with good service from Athens to Cyprus.
Agean Airlines are the best!!! Kind and pretty personnel willing to help you any time! Kind with the kids and smiley faces! And the only airlines to serve food and drink for free! Yes! This is GREEK HOSPITALITY!! Great job!!
Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.
The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.
Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.
Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time
I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.
The only problem is, we arrived in Miami with no luggage. We waited an hour and 20 minutes at the carousel. There was no one to tell us that all the luggage had come out. There were many people in the same disposition. They say 20% of the luggage never arrived in Miami.

They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.
Seats are too close together, there is not enough legroom. Food was pretty bad. TV didn’t work for more than half the flight which was annoying. Crew was annoyed that I complained about the TV they shut down the system and it restarted but then froze again. Asked them again but they were annoyed only to shut it down again it worked for two hours then froze again.
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!
Terrible consideration when it comes to connecting flights. We were given 50 minutes to deplane, get through costumes, get through security check. For someone with a heart condition, running miles through the airport was not the best way
I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.
Boarding process was hectic and unorganized. Delayed for hours, THEN delayed for weather.
Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.
