The noise in the plane made the highest level of sound in the entertainment system ineffeective. The leg room was better than most flights bu the seats are not made for comfort. Food was ok but nothing to look forward too.

Plane was empty on the first leg of the journey. Seats have very little space between seats. No entertainment.

OK they lost my hold luggage but notified me straight away. My main complaint, after losing my suitcase, I was told my cabin bag had to go into the hold because of it’s size. I, obviously, didn’t want this to happen bearing in mind what happened to my suitcase and when I voiced my concerns I didn’t get an explanation I was just told it would be taken from me on entering the aircraft. Looking around I was surprised to see many passengers not only with larger bags than mine but sometimes two or three bags, taking them onto the aircraft. In the end, nobody bothered taking my bag off me so I just walked on with it. The whole procedure was disjointed, poorly explained and not terribly efficient.

The flight itself was fine, but due to a snow delay my connection to Lisbon was delayed by six hours. Despite this, Swiss Air still managed to lose my luggage. Not acceptable. Someone else on the flight also lost their luggage.

Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).

Overview of SWISS

SWISS offers several different travel classes for passengers to choose from, including Economy, Business, and First. Economy provides travelers with a free carry-on, a hot meal, complimentary drinks, and access to the plane’s entertainment system, while Business offers a seat that turns into a bed, a gourmet meal, free alcoholic beverages, and the option of checking two bags for free. If you select First Class, you will be given items, such as moisturizer and pajamas, as well as priority boarding.

Although based in Switzerland, this airline offers many flights all across the world, including throughout Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa. If you plan on traveling to Asia, you can consider visiting a popular country like Japan or Thailand. For those interested in flying to Africa, there are destinations such as Tunisia, South Africa, and Ghana.

To offer as many flight paths as possible, SWISS has codeshare agreements with many other airlines, including Air France, Eurowings, and LOT Polish Airlines. Additionally, the company has created interline agreements with additional airlines, such as Delta Air Lines, Iberia, and Precision Air.

Out of the 89 planes that make up this company’s fleet, almost all of them are either Airbus or Boeing. The Airbus A320-200 is the aircraft that is the most frequently used, as it is ideal for medium-range flights and can fit up to 180 passengers. When servicing long distance flights, however, the company opts to use the Boeing 777-300ER, a choice that can fit up to 340 passengers and is the largest twinjet in the world.
