Pros: "Decent snacks (comparatively)"
Cons: "Correct information on the shuttle/sky train. Was given a note that the shuttle would avoid going through security again, but after I'd walked a considerable distance and found it, it was shut. If you're going to provide information with the ticket, make it accurate"

Pros: "Crew were really friendly and very courteous."

Cons: "The Newark security people were ridiculously rude. The flight was delayed due to mismanagement of the gates, and yet they yelled as us, the folks standing in line (and not making a ruckus). The flight attendants seemed bored and were inattentive."

Cons: "There was very little room for my legs and I couldn't rest my arm on the seat next to me since the person on my left took over. It made my flight much worse. It is difficult to fly overnight when you are so uncomfortable and the price was very high in the economy area."

Cons: "Multiple delays because of United crazy crew scheduling and a lazy flight crew. Flight attendants didn’t even give us the meals on a 12 hour flight. Worst flight ever."

Cons: "We started to board on time and after group 1 boarded, they said they pulled the crew for a different flight and we needed to wait til 1:30 AM ( 2.5 hours delay) to board. Then 30 minutes later they called us back after finding another crew. It was very chaotic and made not sense"

Cons: "My flight to Pittsburgh was cancelled and NO attempt to rebook was made by united. No compensation. I had to fly to Cleveland and rent a car for $150 and drive to Pittsburgh. United refused to pay for my rental car. Terrible experience."

Cons: "Flight was late close to one hour because of catering. No prior notices - we were left to stand for more than an hour in front of gate. Surely and nasty elderly citizens made up the flight crew including pilots. About the same service you get from a Siberian gulag prison guard. No communications from pilots. Despite delays and turbulence we were kept in the dark."
Cons: "United organized boarding by zones (1, 2, 3, 4) where 1 is in the front of the aircraft (business) and 4 is at the back. While I appreciate that business travelers should have priority boarding, the order of coach is from front to back. It would be beneficial to begin coach boarding from the back to the front to reduce the traffic on the aisles."

Cons: "I was stuck with commercials for direct tv, two feet from my face the whole trip. I would push the button to turn tv off but it would come back on less than five minutes latter. I had my head phones in listening to personal device but was still distracting. speaker for announcements were extremely loud. the poor lady next to me would jump and then plug her ears. question, if you are allowed one carry on and one personal bag, why do you only have space for a third of the passengers to stow said bags?"

Cons: "Computer system down at check in on return flight but staff at shannon did great job on checking in manually earphones outlet in seat did not work making return flight very long with no entertainment staff were ok"
Cons: "Never want to fly into newark again. Wrong baggage claim 5 advertised and waited till last bags picked up b4 being told oh we made a mistake and its carousel 7. And if the end of the trip wasn't bad enough the beginning was a nightmare at newark with getting there and the security/tsa..Nobody wants to do their job just pass the buck and make it more chaotic. No wonder there were lines wrapping around terminal 3/4 times. I know this is not directly related to airline but since u insist on flying out of newark it is indirectly. They say la guardia is third world well then newark is fourth/fifth world. Chaos absolute chaos. Please god i will never have to fly united /Lufthansa out of newark again."
