Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
There were no facilities in the middle of the aircraft and premium economy was not allowed to use the business class facilities, and had to share the only two toilets at the back with economy. The upgrade to Premium was definitely not worth it

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
We fly to Ecuador frequently. Checking in is usually a hassle because most United agents take some time before they can verify that my passport doesn't require a visa to Ecuador. This time the process was even longer due to the cyber attack. But she was really nice to us. So glad we brought plenty of snacks to supplement the 3 flights from SEA to GYE.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.
Pot and crew did a tremendous job landing in Savannah in the middle of the tropical storm. !!
Delayed for maintenance issue?? Should have been addressed before boarding. Put my bag on an earlier flight, but didn’t ask if I wanted to change to an earlier flight. Arrived to find my bag locked up and no agent to be found when I landed.
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
Everything but the food was top notch value for the price
Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
Legitimately everything about this flight was awful, was also so delayed I never want to use air Canada again
Everything was excellent. Just keep doing what you are. I would travel with this airlines gain.

The chairs were too upright, but not awful. Boarding was fast and efficient and we did not sit too long in the plane before takeoff.
I didn’t realize booking through Kayak the pricing was in American fees and that I had to pay for my baggage when I arrived at the airport. I thought it was included in the price. For this reason I spent an extra $500. Next time I will book directly through the airline.
Kayak changed my Dublin flight and then changed it back to the original time before I left for Ireland. Unfortunately Kayak never booked me back on the original flight so when I got to the airport I had no flight to London. Very stressful. If I hadn’t gone very early and Aer Lingus staff so helpful it would have been a very wasteful day.
Air Canada cancelled our flight the night before and rescheduled us for a flight 32 hours later than our initial flight. That would have made us miss our events in St. Johns and throw off the rest of our weeks plans. We cancelled our flights and the entire week in Newfoundland. Also want a complete refund not a credit.
