Our experience on United Airlines was extremely poor. The plane was extremely cold throughout our entire flight- which multiple people complained about- and we had to wait 2 hours to get a blanket which was too thin and barely helped warm us up. As well as this, none of the entertainment features were working so we had to sit through a roughly 10 hour flight with nothing to keep our attention, including the actual flight path screen. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I would hope that this gets fixed if we ever choose United Airlines again.
The attendant were friendly. I suggest you have a medical attendant on board every flight so that in case someone is sick , he/she will help them.
Very rough getting into denver. my kid threw up it was so rough.
Smooth flight, especially take off and landing, and great crew on board. Really loved the stroopwaffles!
Its good expeince but in enternteiment please be like you tube the music i like or movie
Not really their fault, but a 4.5 hour delay is pretty brutal
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
Liked fold flat bed. Didn’t like having no window. Didn’t like poor choice of food and being served dinner very late, hours after take off of a 7:40pm flight. Servers not friendly. Food horrible in business class.
I needed to make changes to my flights. When I called customer service, they assisted me with care professionalism.
For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
They cancelled my return flight due to mechanical problems checked me on a flight a day late . Did not inform me kept sending me the old itinerary by email . I called and rebooked myself on an earlier flight still would not send me the right itinerary kept sending me the old itinerary The new airline charged me 150 $ for the first checked in luggage Aircanda was $75 . No effort to reconcile this or any apologies for anything . Sorry flight canceled… you are on your own Air Canada is worse than a budget airline Will never fly them again ..
Flight was delayed 24 hours, then delayed again first was mechanical and second was weather.
Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
not good, they change our return flight which made our journey 8 hours longer than schedule time
Flight delayed by 5 hours, they changed my paid seat and didn't get a refund.
Service was excellent, but they ran out of food options by the time they got to my seat (row 36).
