Its good expeince but in enternteiment please be like you tube the music i like or movie
Not really their fault, but a 4.5 hour delay is pretty brutal
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
Liked fold flat bed. Didn’t like having no window. Didn’t like poor choice of food and being served dinner very late, hours after take off of a 7:40pm flight. Servers not friendly. Food horrible in business class.
I needed to make changes to my flights. When I called customer service, they assisted me with care professionalism.
For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.
Mostly the experience was good except for the flight changes made by UA which meant longer layover in DC
All male crew was just too woke for me. I felt like a sardine. I will never take a window seat or the rearmost seat again. I booked early and did not pay for seat selection and that was a mistake. The security at IAH was atrocious. I was violated and radiated as I was in a hurry to connect to my other flight. I may have lost items under the seat in front of me that I couldn't see nor bend over to look.
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
Asked several times dairy free options and was ignored. Was told chips was the only thing I could have that I should have put it on my profile “which it is”. Very unprofessional. WiFi didn’t work have the flight. Overall a very bad experience.
The staff made sure I was comfortable, moved me to a better seat with more leg room
No pillow, blanket, or complimentary food provided on 5 hour flight
on time quick service but food so so and seats very small. no leg room. I think passengers should not be bringing so large carry on suitcases and should have free check in. Then boarding and unloading would be faster
Flight was delayed 24 hours, then delayed again first was mechanical and second was weather.
Had to wait to clean snow at end of ramp.
We were about an hour late on take off and then, after we pulled up to the terminal at YVR they couldn’t open the door of the plane.
My wife was in a wheelchair. Most accommodating and kind staff!
not good, they change our return flight which made our journey 8 hours longer than schedule time
Service was excellent, but they ran out of food options by the time they got to my seat (row 36).
Air Canada seats do not have much room compared to other airlines I’ve traveled with. Also, the lack of free WiFi is a negative. All airlines need to be better about this.
