My suitcase was destroyed. The top part where the handle is is completed broken. And unusable now.
Overall poor for me I paid extra for seats with leg room and my regional flights exit row seats have less leg room then the others that's money that could have been saved and on my final flight home the flights air was not operating it was unbearably hot in the cabin I will be contacting United and filing a DOT complaint
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
The crew were very nice. I would have appreciated a pillow for comfort. I had a special meal that was sloppy, but the salad was great. Thanks
Oh my gosh, I loved my experience with United! they made me want to travel more often.
Fight was delayed an hour due to operational issues ,then further delayed due to ground control for a total of about 1.30 hours. Salad was completely frozen and flatware was so cold you could barely handle it. Crew was friendly and professional and the flight was smooth. The aircraft was clean and well-serviced.
Food is terrible. Flight is outdated and seats are not comfy.
Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,
We were delayed 3x and because I didn’t purchase my tickets directly from United Airlines I was told I Have to take care of it myself so I called Underpricer and they helped me but before I changed my flights I took the risk of sticking by what my tickets were and was lucky to have gotten on the original all flight with only 15 mins before take off. not sure if I will do this again
Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.

The flight was delayed to 1:50 am from 12:05am which caused confusion for us on the connecting flight.
Very crowded; wanted us to check in 1 & only carry on full of meds & supplies; crew very reluctant to approve! I’ve lost checked in luggage in past.. It was non negotiable in my mind!
The flight was delayed 2 times. The 2nd time with no knowledge of why.
Both flights were comfortable and I felt safe. Smooth flying, no issues. The flight back to YYZ was delayed by about 90 minutes. The new Princess Juliana Airport is quite wonderful and I didn’t mind spending additional waiting time there. All is good.
Could have had available the ability to watch a movie , but there was neither any hardware or place to plug-in.
The air crew were nice and friendly and the flight itself was uneventful. ATC control delayed our departure for 90 minutes, It was chaos in Montreal for those making connections but the AC ground staff did a good job helping.
Online checkin could be easier. 24 hours out I had to search for way to check in, only later did Air Canada post it. Seats on the Montreal to Barcelona flight were horribly uncomfortable. $100 to check in a bag on an overseas flight is not a reasonable price. No wonder there were overloaded carry-ons.

My place was cancelled at the last minute throwing my traveling schedule off. I barely made it on the last ferry home.
