Flight was timely, relatively comfortable, with decent entertainment and food served. Only problem encountered was with the free messaging which I highly appreciate, but it did not work from iphone to non-iphones.
Salina to travers city was great! But the sept 24 Tranverse city was not! Traverse city to chichago was cancelled, i went to Denver & got to Salina 6 hours later!
How cheap can Lufthansa get? Are they becoming Spirit airlines?
It would have been better if the crew has supported my husband's reasons for needing to keep the space clear around his feet, rather than insisting that he put his knapsack in that space.
For both flights I requested a gluten free meal, they didn’t have one nor were there other options.
Flight attendant in first class gave poor service (like he didn't want to be there) and food was awful. We sat waiting for gate upon arrival over 45 mins.
Not a great experience. We paid for the upgrade for premium economy seats and seated ourselves in very comfortable seats. Someone came along with the same seat on their boarding pass. The aircraft had been changed and as a result we were booted out and sent further back to small uncomfortable seats. After complaining we were moved to emergency row seats, which gave us more leg room but the seats don’t recline. For people in our 70’s we found having to sit upright from California to NJ very uncomfortable. Not sure why they chose to move senior citizens instead of the two people that were allowed to take the more comfortable seats. Not happy.
Overall a very poor experience - booked premium economy tickets but due to last minute flight delays , all my itinery went for a toss and had to fly economy class with no access to lounge or any compensation by united airlines to make up for the flight delays . i had expected better experience than that from united.
Great experience…left a bit behind schedule but made up fir that in the air and landed 10 minutes early 😁
Breakfast was not loaded at SFO due to catering company change. Seems like a major airline at a major hub would have thought of something else or warned passengers to pick up food before boarding a 3 hour flight.
Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.
The experience was satisfactory. The plane was full and took awhile to embark and disembark. On a 4 hour flight, there is not much you can do. my return flight was in the very last row on the plane but was adequate.
It got cancelled and they haven't given me a flight back yet!!
Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
Last minute cancellation, followed by last minute delay with the rescheduled flight. Both due to interval operation issues. Poor resolution.Very disappointing.
I wish someone would wake me up so I could eat the free food :( slept for 90mins on a 10hr flight and I missed breakfast. I’m sad about that lol.
Flight got delayed for no reason. And Air Canada was doing 3 boardings via the same gate. It was chaotic!
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.
Very nice. Cabin crew is very attentive and professional. So nice!
