Great experience…left a bit behind schedule but made up fir that in the air and landed 10 minutes early 😁
Breakfast was not loaded at SFO due to catering company change. Seems like a major airline at a major hub would have thought of something else or warned passengers to pick up food before boarding a 3 hour flight.
I always appreciate when everything is on time! In this flight you have a short connection and it could be stressful , but is was easy and fast. They even ask people to wait so the ones that have a short connection could leave before. It was the fist time that something like this happened.
They hired a new catering company the same day of my flight. They botched the job by not delivering the right carts and after THREE HOURS waiting, the flight crew timed out (flight was 19 hours long and FAA rules state crew can’t work more than 14 hours long). So they CANCELED OUR FLIGHT!! Worst experience ever. Avoid UAL at all costs.
Flight attendant moved my bag without notifying me and was rude to me when I asked him about it. There was no reason to move it.
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
The seat and leg room was not good. The food and beverage service was good.
Liked fold flat bed. Didn’t like having no window. Didn’t like poor choice of food and being served dinner very late, hours after take off of a 7:40pm flight. Servers not friendly. Food horrible in business class.
Overall poor for me I paid extra for seats with leg room and my regional flights exit row seats have less leg room then the others that's money that could have been saved and on my final flight home the flights air was not operating it was unbearably hot in the cabin I will be contacting United and filing a DOT complaint
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
Everything was OK, except one moment. After online check-in, Air Canada have sent me two same boarding passes. I asked to resend, but it comes the same again.

Very crowded; wanted us to check in 1 & only carry on full of meds & supplies; crew very reluctant to approve! I’ve lost checked in luggage in past.. It was non negotiable in my mind!
Unfortunately your planes need maintenance. I am surprised your bathroom in business class was not working in 8 hour flight. Coffee machine was broken. Seat adjustment panel was bad. I will stay away from Air Canada in future travel.
Could have had available the ability to watch a movie , but there was neither any hardware or place to plug-in.
Freezing temperature inside the cabin and terrible food. AC used to be better.
The air crew were nice and friendly and the flight itself was uneventful. ATC control delayed our departure for 90 minutes, It was chaos in Montreal for those making connections but the AC ground staff did a good job helping.

Online checkin could be easier. 24 hours out I had to search for way to check in, only later did Air Canada post it. Seats on the Montreal to Barcelona flight were horribly uncomfortable. $100 to check in a bag on an overseas flight is not a reasonable price. No wonder there were overloaded carry-ons.
