In Istanbul airport they said your next flight tomorrow at 20pm. 5. I have important meeting in morning and my jop in the evening. 6. They changed my teket from turkish airline to Saudi airline 4.00pm, That's mean no different. 7. I ask about my baggage in turkish airline deck they said don't worry every thing will be okay. 8. I ask for hotel they said you have to make visa cost 60 dollars and you know I have to pay taxi and Chang money... Pla Pla, Actually this is not respecting and very bad organization. 9. I didn't make visa and stay from that time until 3.pm in primum lungs. 10. I went to Saudi airline deck to take my boarding. 11. They said you have extra baggage, I explain them that I payed already to turkish airline. 12. They said you have to go back to turkish airline deck about this extra kg's. 13. I did going back to them they said we cannot do anything, leave one bag here and we send the other one later. Actually this stupid airline and this stupid employee's dealing with me like a stupid, all my time I walk every where in that stupid airport, they just gives me orders and I have to follow like it was my mistake. 14. I showed my alfursan membership to Saudi airline deck and they helped me. 15. When I arrived to Riyadh my baggage wasn't there, this is mean that this stupid turkish people that the have to work on barbcue and haircut, but airports jop needs professional people. Pros: "Our Turkish Airlines flight was late boarding and passengers were upset about not being able to make their connecting flights. The crew handled it well, but anxiety was high. The food is always good and one of the reason I fly Turkish Airlines on a regular basis."
Cons: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."

Cons: "Weeks before the flight, Turkish Airways denied giving me a seat. In the day before the flight their on-line computer system did not recognize my ticket number all though it has for the previous three legs of the ticket. When I arrive at the airport I was told the flight was over booked and giving a stand by boarding card. There were about 15 of us with stand by. Only two were denied boarding. Although they did not say so it was clear it was because it was a Kayak reservation. It took 3 1/2 hours in Istanbul airport to get a boarding pass on the next flight. I spoke to eight Turkish Airway representatives. None of them were helpful. Each shifted me to another office elsewhere in the airport without giving me clear direction. Apparently the issue was that they did not want o pay compensation although I never asked for this. In the final office back outside passport control I said I was looking for a boarding pass not compensation.. They gave me on on the 6:10 pm flight and had me sign a statement that I had received 600 Euros in compensation. When I arrive at JFK, my bag was not on the flight. They say they will deliver it today."

We missed our connection and were stuck in Istanbul for an entire day. The customer service related to this mistake were awful, blaming us, telling us it wasn't their problem, and constantly trying to get refer us to another representative or their website rather than attempt to resolve the issues. Worst flight experience I've ever had."

Out of two weeks of vacation I ended up spender at least six of them b in the airport. Istanbul was total chaos. I understand that the weather was a major factor but the Turkish employees should be better trained in how to handle such crisis and be able to better direct people were to go. Having to pay out of pocket m ok Neyland for food at the airport was ridiculous."

Pros: "If you are flying Turkish from the US or from Istanbul to the US or other far away destination, for the love of God, do not fly on the B777-300. Did that twice from Chicago to Istanbul and back, and the seats in economy are a real killer....very tight and uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you have a choice of Turkish aircrafts b777 vs AB330-300, you will do yourself a favor by selecting a flight on an AB330-300. Slighter smaller plane then the 777 but a little more comfortable in coach. So you are warned......and by the way, you will select a two seater combination rather than being stuck in the middle.....If you are stuck in the middle, always do your best to get at least an isle seat."

On top of not making rounds, there was no call button to summon a stewardess. Twice, my husband who was ill had a "coughing attack" and needed a glass of water... there was nobody was available. A passenger had to go and get them from the back. Perhaps due to this being a 13 hour flight, this is not a normal situation for them, but to go three hours at a time without taking a stroll through the cabin seems unprofessional. Otherwise this airline really does amazing service! I did not realize that such airline service still existed. American ones should pay attention!"

United crew hid in the galley the whole trip wit lititle to no interaction with passengers. My flight today on Delta was great; food really excellent (Chicken Tika) and the crew was great as usual. Delta remains the best."

It took,me some time to convince my fellow passengers that the loss of the APU was not a safety-of-flight issue. Also, a humongous passenger waddled down to our row and wedged herself into the window seat just before the doors closed. She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."

Cons: "I was denied boarding on the Dublin to Munich leg of my connecting flight from Newark to Munich. My ticket was booked through Lufthansa, but the transatlantic leg of my trip was operated by United. When checking in with United in Newark, I received two boarding passes, one for each leg of the trip. I arrived on time in Dublin for my flight to Munich and tried to board the plane for Munich with the boarding pass I had printed in Newark. After scanning my ticket, the Lufthansa employees at the gate informed me that they had no record of me or my plane ticket in their system. I showed them the email confirmation for my ticket, but they still could not find any record of my ticket in their online system. The employees seemed more concerned with boarding all passengers as quickly as possible than assisting me. After being denied boarding, I had to go back through passport control to change my flight, and ended up getting to Munich nearly 6 hours behind schedule and missed an entire day of vacation. A Lufthansa employee told me that out of every partner in the STAR alliance, United is the ONLY airline they have had this problem with. I find this inexcusable, I will be AVOIDING ANY United/Lufthansa connecting flight from now on."

Also mt destination country was not in the list of countries and there was no way to fill it in. The check- in agent in Cairo was cheeky and unhelpful. I was told I couldn't get the aisle seat assignment that I had selected online when attempting to do the online check in. The crew also stated I couldn't switch to an aisle seat because " we are completely booked" although all 3 rows in front of me had empty aisle seats all the way from Cairo to Frankfurt so I was stuck in a middle seat which the person in front completely reclining their seat for 4 hrs. At 5'10" it was not only uncomfortable but a painful flight. Things improved somewhat from Frankfurt to Miami but was still pretty tight due to the reclining seats. Luckily I got an aisle seat on that leg and the middle seat next to me was open. There was no entertainment on the Cairo to Frankfurt leg."

Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."

Only the Calgary-Palm Springs flight (the shortest leg) had seat back entertainment including satellite TV (although it cut out half way there). West Jet should have such entertainment available on all of their longer flights (consistent with the likes of Jet Blue that has had it for years). I would also point the disaster at the West Jet recommended Airport Lounge i Toronto. I almost missed the flight because there was A. No flight information available in the lounge like everywhere else B. The TV available in the lounge was on the information channel which included the time but froze up at some point (I checked the time and though I had about an hour before the flight and had hour til boarding. When I looked up again about twently minutes later the time was exactly the same. C. The Lounge was 20 minutes from the gate and this distance was a total surprise. I provided my boarding pass and the receptioist said nothng about the distance (unlike other airport lounges that I have visited). Note that I stopped into the Chinook Lounge in Calgary to see if they had addressed all of the complaints. I asked how far away my gate was and what steps I had to go through to get there and they had no clue. It turns out that one must take a shuttle bus, go though security again and then go through US customs so bottom line is that one needs the adviised three hours and the Chinook Lounge is essentially useless for travellers connecting to a US destination in Calgary. I would suggest that perhaps your CEO or senior staff should go through the experience of using the above Lounges and believe me this would result in A. Demanding significant improvements or B. Recommending Alternative Lounges or C. Advising that these lounges not be used (and certainly not featuring them on your web site). One additional comment. I arranged to meet someone on your Toronto-Vegas flight at McCarron (last Tuesday nite). There are 26 different luggage carousels so I positioned myself in the middle and monitored the flight arrival information. Officials at McCarron Airport failed to indicate that your plane had arrived. As a result, I was delayed in making my way to meet the individual at Carousel 26 and we missed making contact. Most Toronto passengers were already leaving with their luggage so I approached one of your staff who to put it lightly was useless (not sure why she was there). She would not tell me if my party was on the flight or even when it landed or provide any solution. The McCarron Flight Info Board still did not indicate arrival of your flight even after basically all the luggage was gone. I finally got someone who worked at McCarron to contact the PA Announcer and ask my party to meet me at Carousel 26. The PA Announcement came over a few minutes later ... but said to meet at Carousel 16. Gross incompetence all the way around. Dennis Egan 519-513-1025"

I went up to the counter and asked for confirmation for the switch and inquire if there was an issue, which may have affected my original flight. Turned out that the change was due to weather conditions at Toronto (makes sense). I had suggested that it would have been nice to receive some sort of notification, before starting that day way too early and inconvenience of going to pickup my car from the airport parking, only to come back again. The attendant sympathized with my plight and compensated me with a lunch voucher (which was nice of him and WestJet). Matter was resolved; I came back to catch my flight and the trip was wonderful :)"

It wasn’t until we got to the airport were we notified. Not that it makes a difference because obviously if we checked bags original departure we would obviously need to bring them back. The whole thing seems sleazy. Otherwise the service was pretty good."
