Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

The crew manager let the staff down by not ensuring special dietary requirements meal were coming in drips . The poor cabin crew did not stop . If organised the cabin could take a short break ..The cabin crew were AWESOME UNLIKE THIER TWO MANAGES!

Had the salad which tasted awfully spat it out but still got food poisoning 1 after running to toilet crew would not let me sit near toilets I was stuck in window seat

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

Boarding took forever! Was disappointed at checkin that they did not let me pay for an upgrade for my mother who has bad legs ! There was a seat available but they kept saying you need points ! I think that’s total BS! I had the money to pay and they made it so so difficult! Mean while onboard there’s a video showing pay upgrades available!!!!! The exit row seats we are were ok but super narrow ! Staff is wonderful

We purchased extra legroom seats for both legs of flight through budget air. Seats were not honored by emirates. Had to spend frustrating hour to get seats we paid for on first leg to Dubai. Second leg to Jakarta were denied and had to sit in middle seat. Had to spend hour on phone yesterday to try to get refund. We’re told needed to send copies of boarding passes of which already threw away first leg boarding pass. Very very frustrating. This happened as well one year ago with emirates.

Pros: "Nothing 4 times flights cancels and layover increased from 1 hr to 8hrs and 35 mints i am not buying any more tickets from kayak budget air staff is to rude"

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

Polite and helpful crew. My son developed fever. Crew members came and gave him medication and also came and enquired about his health several times.

Terrible. The website insisted that I wasn't logging in correctly to confirm my flight. It also wouldn't let me register as a member. I was unable to get a boarding pass until 4 hours before the flight so I couldn't get through security and had to wait. It was unlike anything I've experienced in decades.

Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing

If you want to make money pls charge it in the ticket, Chennai check in crew simply forcing travelers make payment for unnecessary. Second, Chennai crew not even listening travelers request. Poor service and not sure you will improve with my feedback.

This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

On line check in needs a lot of improvement. I tried and gave up.

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

No wifi at all during the entire flight from Istanbul to Miami.

I found it okay. Did not think the food was that great. And the service could have been better. Seat was a little cramped. Delay getting to Istanbul made me rush all the way across the airport to get to the connection. This was a not good experience.

Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !

My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.

I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ON KAYAK. THEY SHOW BETTER FARES AND AFTER I BOOKED MINE, I FIND OUT THAT IT DID NOT INCLUDE LUGGAGE. i HAD TO PAY $800 TO CHECK IN MY BAGS.

Entertainment did not work from flight from Abu Dhabi to Kolkata. Emirates has a much better flight in that sector.

1.Aircraft Comfort: The aircraft type was quite small with non-reclining, cramped seats that significantly lacked comfort. 2.In-flight Entertainment: There was no provision of in-flight entertainment screens or Wi-Fi for the majority of the flight. 3.Boarding Process at New Abu Dhabi Airport: Despite the move to a new airport, which promised enhanced experiences, the use of buses instead of jet bridges did not meet expectations, causing inconvenience. 4.Gate Change Communication: A last-minute gate change was poorly communicated, resulting in a long and difficult walk.

Crew member took too long time to take back leftover food plates from passenger seats. Food was nice.Easy excellent checking.Guy at checking counter was really kind and helpful.Made our checking very quickly. Leftover food should be taken back ASAP. Because in economy class passanger have narrow space . In the long journey like this, passanger have difficulties to sit with the plates.overall experience was good.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent flight experience on Etihad Airways, which took me from India to NYC via Abu Dhabi. These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Cabin Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin, including seats and tray tables, was not up to par. The lack of cleanliness impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of passengers. Excessive Noise: The flight was notably noisy, with disturbances and loud noises making it difficult to rest or concentrate. The noise levels were considerably disruptive. Food and Catering: The quality and variety of meals served on the flight left much to be desired. Furthermore, there were issues with accommodating dietary restrictions, which is crucial for passenger satisfaction. Hygiene and Sanitary Facilities: The condition of the restrooms was subpar, and essential hygiene supplies were not adequately provided. This falls short of expectations for a long-haul journey. Overall Experience: Regrettably, the combination of these issues significantly affected my overall experience during this long flight, making it far from the comfortable and enjoyable journey I had anticipated. I understand that maintaining high standards on long-haul flights can be challenging, but I believe it's vital to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon in the future. As a loyal Etihad Airways customer, I had higher expectations for my journey. Entertaiment center needed on that flight. I dont like to use my phone for entertainment.

INDIGO Never On Time & Always Prefer to Shuttle Passengers Like shuttle Corks

I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.

Flight was inordinately delayed, which has become normal with Indigo. Crews were inattentive. After landing there was a lot of time for arrival of chek in baggage

The entire experience leave an impression that there are scopes for improvements in all spheres. Seems the airline has expanded beyond their capacity to manage.
