Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.

We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.

We traveled with my 90 year old mother and she was well cared for by everyone from the wheelchair attendant to crew. Greatly appreciated!

On time departure and arrival at LAX - good inflight entertainment - all basic seats on every airline right now begin to feel small after 10 hours!!

I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it

The delay was very discouraging--- having to wait in the airport during the heat wave after a long flight from the US was a challenge.

No entertained. food and beverages were not complimentary. they lost my checked luggage which made my 10 day vacation unpleasant.

I would face like to have more selections for entertainments overall it was very good. .

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that

Good flight, but left late and food was only okay!

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.

Waiting too long before getting on the plane. No communication, slow...horrible

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Never happened. Lufthansa canceled numerous flights. Had to stand in line at Frankfurt Airport for 6 1/2 hours to rebook. Had to bypass Paris.

That they waited from my late arrival to board priority board. Smooth flight
