The people with the food cart ran so fast up and down the aisle that I had no idea what they were offering

Informed of delay the day of flight resulted in us getting to our destination hours later. Had we been notified earlier plans could have been rearranged. No airline employee could tell us why there was such a delay. Smells of trying to hide the real reason Food was not offered to us. Stewardess walked right passed us offering others drinks and food. I thought on a short flight maybe they paid for it so I didn’t ask. Turns out they should have offered us something Seats were very hard and uncomfortable

My luggage was lost and still has not been found. Apparently there is a disconnect between Aer Lingus and American Airlines regarding the transfer of luggage that needs to be corrected.

Friendly flight attendants, decent food if you can eat dairy.

Satin first class and absolutely no snacks are offered. Surface was awful.

I heard that the pilots were actually leprechauns, but I was not able to confirm. Can you please provide documentation if this is true?

The trip was mostly nice, till the last moment when they had some issue with opening the flight door. The flight arrived late by 10 minutes, which was ok-ish, but then we got stuck on the plane for 35 minutes at the bridge and that costed our connection flight to LAX which left with 12+ passengers still on our flight. It added 2 days to our trip home, and we had to make lots of rearrangements to deal with the ripple effects. Don't book a 1+ stop trip with a layover time less than 2 hours.

I was not admitted to the flight!!! I need a refund for this

A little late, but an overall pleasant flight. Staff pleasent hand helpful, a great start to our holiday.

Comfortable trip , flight attendants professional as always. Only complaint was the food, We fly Aer Lingus frequently, this was the first time the quality of the meal was poor.
