budget airline, you get what you pay for but pilots flew great, crew was awesome!
I mostly blame the dreadful Berlin airport, not Norwegian, but we departed in the rain after trekking for a mile to get to the gate, carrying everything including our baby and luggage down a couple flights of stairs and then walking to the plane on the tarmac in the rain and climbing more stairs to enter the hot airplane. The flight itself was fine, but sitting in the cramped chair, soaking wet, baby in lap, also wet, was hard to overcome.
Delays, uncomfortable, and no compensation or free water after being stuck in the plane for more than an hour!
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Ticket desk was really helpful in resolving issues with ticket machine. Reception staff were less than helpful.l and grumpy when issues were highlighted.
The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
30 minutes late as usual. Could not pay for any food or drinks, despite using three cards. Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Uncomfortable seats
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.
I did not use entertainment on board, so, cannot really evaluate. the flight was fine.
Outstanding even though the 330 was one of the oldest in the fleet. The difference was the attentiveness and responsiveness of a really experienced flight attendant. For airline food great variety of interesting choices and good tastes supported by a good wine selection.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.
There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.
The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.
Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.
The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.
The food was terrible, and despite paying for premium economy, I was provided with regular seats.
The leg room in economy was sub par, everything else was fine.
They canceled my flight without even sending an email at all and put me as a replacement in a very inconvenient, day and a half later flight! If I didn’t check on it a day before , I would have gone to the airport for no reason. My family plans were ruined because of this cancelation and they don’t want to take responsibility for it.
Friendly flight attendants and reasonable good food. Quick service throughout the trip.
I WAS CANCELLED ! I thought entire flight was canceled but it was still ongoing and I was only canceled as a passenger and one day before my flight with really poor "choice" of next flights that completely ruined my family event. Absolutely disappointed by SAS. Will be avoiding this airline now
The flight was pleasant with landing and take off being very smooth. Toilets were a bit busy at times but crew was very accommodating. Food service was quick and hot. The connecting short flight was full and there was not room for hand luggage.
We were not aware that the check-in counter didn't open until 8:30 am. We arrive at 7:30 for our 10:30 flight ending in Chicago which is standard time allowance for international flights. I guess because the flight stopped in Copenhagen it was considered domestic? Anyway, would have been nice to know they didn't start check in until 8:30am.
Check in folks were very helpful. Hardly any wait at any point in the process, when we had heard that morning flights were crowded and difficult to get through. Crew was also very happy and kind to passengers
Flight crew was very kind and polite. They had to deal with an unnamed issue right beside me, and did so with respect.
I was on SAS, not AeroMexico. How the great have fallen. I used to revere SAS-no more. First off, I was charged a $150 for two checked bags (that's almost twice what the bottom-feeder American Airlines charges). Talk about predatory. The aircraft was a crappy Boeing 757, with a seat pitch tighter than a cut-rate airline like United or Frontier. That was one uncomfortable seat, not leather, but rough cloth. Most of all irritation, no soda or snack on a four hour trip. Wow, cheapskate cut-rate airline. They used to be very comfortable and generous, but that was a decade ago. Never again, that's for sure. The crew was friendly and professional ad they did get there on-time - the only positive aspect of this experience.

flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.
Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.
From boarding to disembarking, the whole operation was very efficient.
There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
I forgot my headphones in the plane, how can I retrieve it?
Keep track of your departure times and communicate in Airport. I could have spend an hour more in my lounge
