Pros:Nice staff, left on schedule, I did not get any food, it was not included, and there was no entertainments, like movies.
Cons:It is a little crowded, but ok for the price.

Cons:I would like entertainment to be placed in the economy section. The flight is 8hrs. There isn't anything that has a battery that lasts 8 hrs.
Flight was 1 hour late. The luggages also arrived 45 minutes late.
Cons:It was too cold on the plane
Pros:never flown the airline but no friendlier
Cons:Maybe if they can help with smiling to people will be better
Cons:The boarding bus opened its doors before we were allowed to enter the plane, leaving us in the cold before re-boarding the bus. The line operating on behalf of Norwegian had a smaller plane with less space between seats
Pros:Boarding was quick once the bus arrived at the aircraft, flying on JetTime (leased aircraft) meant the seats were comfortable and the smaller 737-700 meant that there was less people on-board. Certainly enjoyable.
Cons:Flying on a JetTime leased aircraft and not Norwegian means you miss out on in-flight TVs and free WiFi.
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
Pros:All was fine, especially for the price I paid.
Cons:It was a little crowded, but ok for a short 4-5 hour flight. No food is served, which is ok, for the price that I paid.

Services are available to 40 countries across the world, with some destinations across Southeast Europe and Asia operating on a seasonal basis.
Operating as the low-cost subsidiary of Norwegian Air Shuttle, the airline prides itself as a budget-friendly travel option. Recognized as Europe’s Best Low-Cost Airline by the World Airline Awards in 2019 for a fifth consecutive year, customers love the reduced fares. It also received an Outstanding Contribution to Aviation Award from the Irish Aviation Industry in 2017.
Free Wi-Fi and live TV are available to passengers on most European flights, while personal entertainment systems are found on long-haul international flights. There are 3 fare options for most flights operated by Norwegian Air International: LowFare, LowFare+ and Flex. The differences come down to checked baggage and seat reservation, with Flex allowing up to 2 checked bags as well as 1 carry-on bag.
