Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Cons: Metal bars in the middle of the leg room space make stowing a small carry on under the seat in front of you impossible for all passengers in a row. Also awkward to place feet around. No direct air vents so I felt hot even wearing just a t shirt. Breakfast not as good

Cons: Best airline! More space between seats. Great service. Great meals and snacks and overall excellent experience! I've travel a lot and no other airline in North America comes close! Thanks!!

Cons: Water, water, water... I almost died from dehydration

Pros: Well, maybe except of these "preferred sitting" arrangement. The sit was in front of open space and restrooms. Constantly people were standing and waiting for the restroom. Their butts were literally at the "preferred sited" passengers faces. I felt, I would be way more happy in a regular sit.

Cons: Such sits should not be declared preferred and cost more.

Pros: The crew in my area were very helpful. The young guy next to me passed on the dinner choices. The crew member came back and asked if he would like some pretzels, etc. which I thought was very nice. They were very friendly.

Cons: Just a suggestion that the ear jacks for the entertainment be passed out earlier. Luckily I brought my own but my neighbors on both sides had a long wait until they were passed out.

Cons: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.
