Please don't rent a car on Kayak / Etrawler /OK Rent
Pros: Please don't rent a car on Kayak: They use Etrawler, they again use OK Cars and after a four hours wait there is no car available. My car got cancelled from OK (money has been refunded). I am still waiting for my money back from Etrawler/Kayak.
DON’T DO IT
Pros: It’s terrible and they take 2hs to give you a similar car.
Cons: Everything. Fees, fines, super expensive. A real nightmare. Don’t go there.
Pros: Drop of process was quick and efficient.
Cons: We waited for 2.5 hours to pick up the car. We did not get the model we had chosen and the car was unwashed.
