Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.
Please serve no god if you must serve dog food
Flight was more then 3 hour late and I did not get my luggages
I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€
Both flights were fine. I wish there was a little more legroom, but we got to where we needed to be on time, the crew did their job, and that’s really all that matters. We’ll fly United again.
Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

I had very little time to change planes originally in Denver after my flight from Omaha. I had an hour and a half layover in Denver originally and my flight leaving Omaha was delayed an hour because they had to change a tire, which I can understand. When I reached Denver my other flight was late, fortunately, but I still had only 10 minutes to run about a mile through the airport to get to my flight. Again, fortunately, I am a healthy 71-year-old and was able to accomplish this feat. However, the stress was more than necessary to bear.
I liked that handicap assistance was right inside the door. I was able to get help right away. It is stressful when I have to think of flying and know that an airport is a large place and there is always a great distance to get to the loading area. My walking is not great anymore. With so many people flying, it is so great to have someone to assist you. I am very grateful for the help.
The boarding on this Air Canada flight from Toronto to Barcelona was a complete mess. The ticket was written under United but they were actually Air Canada flights. We went from one end of the Toronto airport to the complete other side.
Good flight I loved the 2,3 ,2 seating.Staff were excellent plenty of food and drinks
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
The flight attendants were excellent. They were Japanese obviously. They helped my wife navigate the controls for the seat. The lunch setup was wonderful. They were always walking up and down the aisles to be sure there were no problems.
So i was checked in for the seat number 40K. Unfortunately my seat was not able to recline which end up having very uncomfortable 15 hours flight.
A much better flight than our previous. The flight attendant took care of us and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Brought us drinks prior to the departure and then a couple more times. Totally makes the difference in how you travel when the crew is checking on their passengers. Great job on this leg of our trip.
It was good, the staff was friendly and it was a typical flight to Europe.
Deicing in Denver took forever and I almost missed my connection. De-ice faster! Not Americans fault.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
If we travel with carry on expected to being able to carry the luggage. Could be good if take in consideration the date of reservation to do that
At 11 pm, we were notified that our 6 am departure would be postponed until 7:28 am. Upon arrival at the terminal, this became 8:30 am. Additional deicing and atc delays, while beyond the control of the crew, had us running like maniacs through the DFW terminal where we made our international connection with literally minutes to spare. The utter incompetence and carelessness of Mesa Airlines almost ruined the beginning of our trip we had planned and booked many months in advance. We will absolutely avoid using them in the future at all cost.
The entertainment box wasn’t working. The food was mediocre. The fruit was warm. The tiny salad was good. The champagne wasn’t cold. I really expected more from First Class.
Once we got on the flight everything was fine. The first leg of our flight was delayed 3 times but American sent us emails allowing us to chose a new itinerary.
Air Canada ignores economy passengers. At Narita airport, 6 ground crew members were catering to priority passengers in Area A, while no service was provided to the economy passengers at Area D. Over a hundred passengers were queued up at Area D, but no ground member came over to provide any directions. The self-help check-in system was malfunctioning, rejecting our luggage that weighted around 12kg as oversized. Hence the hundred or so economy passengers were really angry about the lack of support at Area D.
Flight delayed by 3 hours because of lack of available plane. So why were we notified on the morning of our departure? Is your scheduling that bad? We, in zone 4, were told to check in our 2 carry-ons because of lack of storage space in the plane. When we boarded the luggage spaces directly above us were empty and so were others. In fact there were many empty seats. If each passenger is allowed one carry-on why is that right revoked at the last minute at air Canada's whim? The AC app doesn't work. It refused to show our boarding passes, and track our luggage. In fact it indicated that the flight was on time even though it was delayed by over 3 1/2 hours
My connection arrived and this flight left early. My seat was reassigned, and the row didn’t have a window so I wasn’t able to see the Rockies, which I was disappointed. The flight staff was efficient.
It was a refreshing experience from the past few times I have travelled with Air Canada.
No food on this short flight No entertainment, not even a USB to charge a phone or use a tablet.

The agents lied and said flight was completely full, (wasn’t even have full) then proceeded to take everyone’s roller bags even though there was plenty room to accommodate them on the flight.
The service was great and the A321 was very comfortable. More than the A320 or B787
This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

It was below average experience overall. They did not have my food choice which was selected a month ago for 8+ hour flight. After landing I waited to collect my bag but my bag did not come and I wasn’t told it was delayed or lost. I had to find someone to help me to locate it and it was sent through next flight. Overall I would say at wasn’t very good experience
The flight was fine. Unfortunately, the seat entertainment (movie/TV/game options) was malfunctioning for some reason, so movies weren't an option on that flight. On the flight to my destination, it was working all right, but I never used it because I couldn't figure out how to make it work. It would be helpful to have better instructions for those of us who aren't too skilled at such things. Other than that, no problems. The crew were courteous, the food was decent, and they got us where we were going on time, or even a bit early. I would use them again.

It was good but it got bad when they cancelled my flight to rochester and couldn’t get me in any flight even for the next day they said i will be a standby.
