Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
Terrible last row seats many seats available but no offer to move to better seat
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.

Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.
Given I (and I’m assuming most people) have both carry in and a personal item included in their fare, I find it very unfair that on neither of my flights I was able to use the overhead for my small backpack because they were completely rammed with luggage, people personal items, jackets, hats and other items. So the only item I brought in had to be stuffed under my seat while they had their leg room and sat comfortable with all of their items in the overhead. This has to stop because I was uncomfortable on both flights when I only had one smaller item that could not be checked due to its contents (medication etc). Plenty of people could have checked theirs but chose not to and then took up the space allotment for 2 people.
I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket
Overall we had a good experience during our flight from San Francisco to Houston.
Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.
Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back
I so appreciate the crew members on each flight of United. They are outstanding.
Going to Tokyo was not so good. Back to Detroit was excellent.
It was probably one of the worst flights I’ve been on. The restrooms were never cleaned or stocked. The food was very subpar, and i usually enjoy airline food, so I was disappointed. It was just all around a bad experience. The only saving grace was the flight attendants.
After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.
One bag is incorrect and not acceptable for an international flight. The food was not just good. I won't fly with them again.
Boarding a bit chaotic, but that seems to be mostly about extra security in Lima, not AC. Left on-time, arrived slightly early. Good flight
Flight was excellent. The staff was a great comfort with the Captain meeting everyone on board The delay was unforeseen but an inconvenience.almost 3hours was too long to sit in the plane before the flight.
Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.
This was the end of our honeymoon and our connecting flight to Philly was canceled while we were in our layover due to “maintenance”. Filing a claim to get compensation but would not fly Air Canada again.
Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.

Flight was canceled due to labor dispute. Their customer service said I might be ok since strike was on sat. and I was flying Friday. The next morning it was canceled. It can ruin a trip and add stress.
Pros: The airplane was new and had in-flight entertainment (tablet behind seats) with new movies instead of watching on personal devices. Cons: the flight time was changed without informing us. When I booked the flight, the time was 13:30pm (also in the email confirmation). However, when I reached the airport, the time was conveniently changed to 14:55pm. When I asked at the counter, they said the flight always took off at this time. The booking was made by Air Canada, but the flight was operated by United.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
