Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through

My flight was cancelled and United Airlines could not rebook or help. My whole trip was then cancelled and I could not go to the funeral I needed to get to.

Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour

Fought with Lufthansa was poor, seats are uncomfortable, food was bad and luggage did not arrive to IA

Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.

Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.

Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.

If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
