Delayed - leaving, delayed getting to the gate at destination. What should have been a very easy flight and experience was not.

Plane arrived an hour before departure. Plane was completely boarded and ready for push back when they decided they needed to change a tire. 1 hour delay on the plane when this could have been done before we got on the plane.

Flights was great, service and transit support was outstanding - but the food was limited and of poor quality - only a snack on the first hour for 2 hours 1/2 leg. and a light breakfast on the second 4 hour leg.

The seats are very small, that is all the staff did a good job.

It was great. The staff is always helpful and polite. The app is great and makes the whole trip and process so easy. They even offer a step to step guide to your correct terminal. And they keep all the information you'll need updated. Anything you can think of! Great experience.

The employees seemed impatient with their guests. It seemed like they were giving us orders, instead of easily assisting. Our flight was delayed waiting on a flight attendant. It was alright.

Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.

Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.

If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
