I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
The service was great. However the lounge only gets passing grade
The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.
Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
One of their staff was so rude with discriminative. Such a reputed airline shouldn't hire such kind of arrogant attendants.
This flight is a quick way to get to Chicago, but a bit expensive.
Short flight, crew and staff very efficient. Over all good flight experience.
Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.
From pre boarding to flight attendant, crew and baggage handler, excellent. Didn’t lost my luggage like West jet.
Where the plane landed and the next grate to get to is a LONG LONG LONG walk again if one is not fit and healthy with no carts to assist. It sucks
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.
Again a nearly five hour flight and pretzels is all the food you get and all you can drink water. No electric plugs in economy. Staff was totally not caring. Delta next time
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
Both of the first class flight attendants were rude, to everyone, not just us. Not acceptable!
We were treated politely and the crew was nice. Again no one knew why there was a delay. Food was hot and a lot was offered but bad in taste. Seats weren’t the worst but for a long flight your legs ache from it. Entertainment was old not very interactive
I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The entertainment options were plentiful, the food was appetizing, the snacks were tasty, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.
Absolutely terrible. They boarded the plane, supposedly realized they didn't refuel the plane or load the luggage so we sat as the gate inside the plane for over 2 hours while they supposedly did things that should have been done before having passengers board the planem
This was my first flight on Aer Lingus and it was great. The plane wasn't full so I could move to a seat with extra room. The food was pretty good for airline food and the staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed the media provided during my 10 hour flight. We arrived home early and it's always good to be home!
For a 4 1/2 hour international flight all we got was 1 small pack of cookies and a drink. You had to watch movies on your own devise.
The seats from lax to DFW was so tight that I could not move my legs . No WiFi and had to pay . Not a good selection of entertainment
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
