It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

It's OK. Engine was noisy. The flight was super late. I mean 4 hours late. That is unheard of.

We flew early evening on New Year's Eve. Our plane was less than half full... Great for the passenger experience -- not so much for the airline lol. Comfortable, spacious, smooth flight -- and early arrival!

Checkin at Delhi airport was ill managed. It took 2 hrs just to check in my luggage. I arrived at the airport 3.5 hrs prior to the flight and still barely made it to boarding area. I was given a very short 50min connection due to which I missed my connection since flight 1 got delayed. Overall a big mess

Delta planes have the WORST seat comfort of any plane in history. It's the opposite of ergonomic, in every sense. They also recline minimally, are covered in a vinyl and have no feet rests. Then the disembarking process is chaotic and time consuming (because of the way they load the plane and deal with luggage). Overall, somewhat frustrating but we arrived safely :)

The Delta flight was delayed for maintenance issue. The crew is also delayed and I’ve been there at the same time as I was so it was really outside the hands of crew directly. However, where Delta failed was there was about eight other ways for me to get to my final destination and they did not offer changes beyond the initial one. The flight was delayed five hours when they had to change my connecting flight they had to downgrade my premium class for so far zero compensation and I’m still waiting on the results of a formal complaint. All in all this was the worst experience I’ve had with Delta in quite some time. Carrying the review for my first light over to this one, I was downgraded a class and because of my status I’ve only flown comfort plus or higher in some years I was unaware of things like drink vouchers, or anything like that, as far as I knew drinks were complimentary. The attendant was unnecessarily nasty towards me when I was just asking her to explain how it works and I showed her my first class ticket even though I was in the back of the plane and she was still equally unhelpful and frustrated. I’m not saying that the first class ticket should allow better treatment. I’m saying that I was showing that normally I would’ve had it for free beverage and so I didn’t know what she was talking about, she didn’t need to be so frustrated. Outside of that if the flight was 2 1/2 hours and the snack and beverage options did not become available until the final 30 minutes of the flight when we were on the descent, so any snacks and drinks were quickly rushed away. I do not know if this is common for what main cabin normally experiences but I hope it isn’t because that level of customer service and tending to the needs of the passengers is below what I would call essential.

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.

Cons: "Our depart time was 1pm and our actual departure didn’t happen until 11pm. On and off the plane multiple times for mechanical failures for 10 hours. Delta had no plan and there were no hotel rooms. They diverted a NY flight through Atlanta waiving the covid restrictions to get us all on the plane. They Put us in a hotel In Atlanta, which was nice and convenient, but it was 2am when we went to sleep and backup at 6am to catch our flight. Not the way we wanted to end our amazing Key West vacation."

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Terrible They charged me 157$ for excess baggage even though my bags were within the normally accepted limits Flight was late. Service was poor. The snacks were really bad

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

Our yoga retreat was cancelled and besides not refunding is, they would not even let us change dates or locations. As a matter of fact they wouldn’t even talk to us and kept referring to the travel agent, who said they couldn’t change anything and it was up to the airline to do so. They passed the buck until it was too late to do anything about it. Avoid Latham and Budget Air for your travel plans.

Cons: "My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak."

LATAM doesn’t recognize PreCheck, even though US airports do offer that but without the printout boarding pass passengers can’t take advantage of the shorter lines. LATAM also charged for both flights to check baggage instead of charging once for the whole trip."

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.

How to get an aisle seat without paying extra? The young lady next to me was assigned the seat.

They made my flight a disaster they had me pay for bags that I already paid for through Iberia airlines and the hostesses were super mean and racist they just turned my vacation to a total nightmare and disappointment in fact they even had me rethink even no to go to morroco ever again even if my whole stay at the country was so nice and fun and perfect but anything at the airport and with the airline was a disaster do not recommend will never take a flight with them

Staff not so nice, very dirty bathrooms, things in the hallways, food was not very nice.

Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.

Air Canada ignores economy passengers. At Narita airport, 6 ground crew members were catering to priority passengers in Area A, while no service was provided to the economy passengers at Area D. Over a hundred passengers were queued up at Area D, but no ground member came over to provide any directions. The self-help check-in system was malfunctioning, rejecting our luggage that weighted around 12kg as oversized. Hence the hundred or so economy passengers were really angry about the lack of support at Area D.

It was a full flight and it went smoothly. I sleep most of the flight and I did not buy any food. Landing was perfect and the luggage came out in a reasonable time.

There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food

I am a frquent flyer with AC.. quality service is always on par.

First My Flight was Delayed for Over 3HRS, I missed My Older Sister's Funeral, My Car Rentals I Missed it, Had to take Uber from the Airport and then to Rentals Next Day

Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.

All good except for the unusable entertainment system Picture was scattered sound popping screeching damaged my hearing

Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.

My ticket was cancelled unannounced and I was left stranded in the air port

Too many passengers are bringing two large bags, neither fit under the seat so space is limited and the crew ask for many people to check bags

Qatar airways has clean cabins and it looks like u r in business class

You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.

Whoever did the study on the layover times in Heathrow did not take into acorns the amount of time it would take to get through security at peak times. We almost missed our flight both ways through Heathrow. Also the signage is good but not very clear.

Everything about the flight was great. One negative thing, The British airways site said that we could check one bag for free but American Airlines who was actually doing the flight charged us 70 euro.

Inflight service could have been better. Overall experience was okay

Gluten free food was not brilliant. Eg. No potatoes with the main course even though everyone else had potatoes. That addition would have made the meal more filling. No gluten free snacks when everyone else had pretzels. No gluten free rolls when everyone else had a roll. Gluten free wrap was dry . Everyone else had nice chicken wrap. Cabin staff worked really hard all flight

Check in at Hethrow was unorganized and hectic. Boarding pass machines were not working. Seats on plane should be limited as to how far they can recline.
