Cons: "The food was poor quality, overcooked and even though I'd ordered a vegan meal, did not receive it. Crew was just okay. Completely disappeared after 1st meal; no water/juice service unless you went back to the back and asked for it. Overall was very disappointed based on previous reviews. This was a "meh" mediocre experience!"

Our row and the back row was affected and we could not watch anything on the screen for a good 2 hrs of the flight. Boarding was rather disoriented. The ground crew did not give clear instructions to control the crowd."

Cons: "AS we boarded the staff weighed our carry on luggage. This created hardship and stress. If they felt my carry-on bag was too heavy I would be in big trouble, because I didn't have any money to pay additional fees."
Cons: "They changed our seats to 46F 58F and 88B. We already get boarding pass for connecting flight but they did changed them because of flight delayed from Bangkok. It was unfair. They should hold reserved seats for us since they knew that the first flight would arrive on time."

Cons: "Flight initially was said to be 1 hour late and then it was cancelled altogether. There was no information about why and what are the next steps. People were just following blindly as the group moved, finally everyone was led out of the airport after immigration cancellation, then to baggage claim where we had to collect all checked in big bags and board a bus to take us to hotel . The hotel was good but getting there with the big bags for just a few hours and then the flight was scheduled for night (12 hrs later than original schedule) They could have just held the checked in baggage with them, or arranged an alternate aircraft to arrive sooner."

Pros: "The plane was very comfortable and I had plenty of space for not only myself, but my carry on luggage. I only brought carry ons so I wasn't sure if I would be able to place my bags above where I sat and if there would be enough space. There was."
Cons: "The boarding process was a bit confusing. It all seemed to happen really quickly. Suddenly it felt like everyone was allowed on the plane which confused me. But in hindsight, I think this was for the best because the boarding process was pretty speedy which impressed me."
