The entertainment selections are amazing. But the live TV is sometimes spotty. If you’re going to have it, then have it. If you can’t make it consistent, then, perhaps it’s better not to have it. The crew are always cordial when approached, but they seem to do the minimum and sit around, talking to each other in the back of the plane during the flight. I realize that delays are not always predictable, but I missed my flight in Dubai because we left 90 minutes late from Washington. I will say that Emirates took very good care of me in Dubai. But I would rather not be delayed.
The air hostess spilled tomato juice on me by mistake in Mumbai -Dubai flight. I was traveling from Mumbai to UAD. Her senior came and offered couple of small chocolates (probably given in business class) as compensation. I asked for access to lounge as I had to travel till IAD and I could shower and change. But she said she cannot do that and did nothing further. I found the response to their mistake as inappropriate.
Great flight. Comfortable seats, courteous service, and excellent selection for entertainment.
The boarding was very chaotic and some airline staff were rude. This needs attending to.
Serving food took so long . Almost time close to lend. Plus during landing air pressure in cabin cuss ear blocked took long time to unblock.

On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.
We had a connecting flight which is got delayed they didn’t transfer me to another flight and up I have to by 3 new tickets and I have to pay extra luggage fees cost me rs 100000
Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less
Terrible. The website insisted that I wasn't logging in correctly to confirm my flight. It also wouldn't let me register as a member. I was unable to get a boarding pass until 4 hours before the flight so I couldn't get through security and had to wait. It was unlike anything I've experienced in decades.
Boarding process was terrible. Will not travel Qatar Airways if I had an alternative. The food was one of the worst, even for airline food.
There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food
Only negative was dostancevto transfer in Doha with no big golf carts to help us. Walked over 2 miles.
The qatar airways flights were great, the code share with Indigo could have been a lot better. There is no option for web check in, there is not information on the tickets for the INDIGO PNR this caused a problem with security letting us into the airport. The indigo staff did not even want us to line up before they opened the counters. There is not option on the indigo flgith to request special meals.
My Tv don’t work the whole from Doha to New Delhi. Overnight didn’t work from Bos to Doha and had to eat food without light
Check-in staff were not very pleasing and sounded to be rude, even though I hold a platinum membership. The aircraft is brand new and good. As it's a short flight no other comments.

Seats were not comfortable and touch free remote wasn’t working.
Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.
I have not found it to be easy to set up on Wi-Fi with American Airlines. I don’t know if it is me or poor instructions.

This was a short flight handled by Hawaiian Airlines. Flight was late by about an hour. As it is so short, no food offerings other than the obligatory cookie and drink. Flight crew was great.
this flight was vanilla… boarding went fine, crew was fine. Sat on the plane, delayed, for nearly 30 minutes. The seats are terribly uncomfortable.
very bad flight , service crew are tired and grumpy… I can forgive the worn seats and bad food as expected but the crew need more energy… old ppl are that way I guess… they shouldn’t be on long haul flights.
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
2 hours late, because they gave our assigned plane to another flight and left us with one needing maintenance!
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
Check in crew in Charlotte NC was superb. There were 6 of them plus what looked like a supervisor, helping to answer questions and keep things moving. Never saw so many check in crew. Then some of them showed up at the gate later for boarding. Great. The flight was mediocre. The seats were small with little leg room. The screens kept coming on when we were trying to sleep and wouldn’t shut off. I know we paid far less than first class but does that mean we should be shoved in there??
terrible. they cancelled the flight 1 day before flying out and just sent an email to inform the same. i had to scramble on my own paying more to find another flight.
The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.
Deplaning at Frankfurt required ck=limbing steep stairs with no provision for escalator or elevator.
United tried to bump me. We pay good money to get on the plane we are scheduled to ride in. To hell with United Airlines.
Flight was delayed and caused us to miss connection in IAD. Then bags didn’t arrive at bag claim until 1.25 hours after flight landed.
The flight was cancel and then changed the gate 3 times and nobody communicated to that change I don’t take any trips whit that company
More than 40 minutes of delay, the crew even didn’t apologize or explain the reason why we are late, no service for a short flight
Paid extra for the seat to have more leg room they changed the aircraft and gave me the last seat in the cabin and I couldn't even recline the seat backwards due to the wall behind. Asked the crew member she said she will check as she has to accommodate other people and never came back or moved me elsewhere.
Gate agent required us to check our perfectly legal carry on bags due to a supposed lack of overhead space. After seating, we saw nothing but empty space in our seating area. This caused luggage to miss connection in Athens, and we had no bags in Mykonos. Totally avoidable and unacceptable. My last U A flight !
I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened
No food as per my diet restrictions even after advance request and delayed baggage without any notifications
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
Whoever did the study on the layover times in Heathrow did not take into acorns the amount of time it would take to get through security at peak times. We almost missed our flight both ways through Heathrow. Also the signage is good but not very clear.
Left late because too many people with carry on and not enough room.
The only issue we had was damage checked in bags, out of 8 bags only two arrived at the destination. Out of 6 remaining bags one came late at night and it's all broken. Still awaiting 5 more bags to come.
They ran out of starter options but the alternative was okay. Just disappointed
It was an economy seat disguised as a business class seat because they left the middle seat empty. It is false advertising. I paid for a business class seat to be comfortable and I wasn’t. Also, 1 of my checked bags was destroy and placed in a plastic bag so now I have to go buy a new suitcase.
British Airways delivered an amazing first class experience. I'm this world that is charging first class prices for second class service, BA stands above the rest in every way.
