Ground crew in Dublin also not friendly, I had a tracker in my bag that was showing the bag was left in Canada however they didn’t want to help.
The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.
Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.
The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
Overall good. We weren't able to find out about food options for the flight and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies. The biggest problem was getting our checked bag at Logan. Waited an hour!
I loved both of my flights to Ireland and back to Boston. The only negative was it took over an hour for the baggage to be delivered.
The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.
There was a very drunk and disruptive passenger who was on the plane, right behind me. He was already drunk before boarding but was still let on the plane. He kept kicking and hitting the back of my chair the entire flight. It was an early morning flight and had zero rest on that leg
This is a very basic flight with no-frills. I just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable.
Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.
We were charged for luggage, and our ticket was with Lufthansa and was supposed to include luggage fees. So our experience was a bit bad. Also, the flight was about 45 minutes late arriving.
It was good although we could not land in Munich due to weather and we had to go to Stuttgart. Missed our second flight. They did get us on another flight but the seats where not the ones I paid for in the flight that we missed.
Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.

The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.

The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
