Overall good but one thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t allow me to pick my own seat.
Probably the best flight I’ve ever been on. Emirates first class is leagues beyond British airways and Lufthansa’s.
Great flight. Comfortable seats, courteous service, and excellent selection for entertainment.
I enjoyed the live television programming for entertainment, and honestly everything was acceptable. It’s just that I choose emirates, because they have always been so much better in so many ways – food choices, service, accessibility, friendliness of the staff. None of those things were poor, but they have definitely slid from their position of excellence. One example would be that after the dinner meal was served, the flight attendants huddled in the back galley with the curtains closed (by the way, that’s where snacks and drinks are), and you have to interrupt them to go back there to either ask for something or to get a snack. While they do not respond in an unfriendly way, you are led to believe that you are interrupting them by coming to get a snack or making a request. Even something like, “ Yes, how many I help you?” would be a great improvement.
The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.
Quality and tasty Food and service, bigger seat comfort and leg room, etc.

Overall emirates continues to amaze me with their. Awesome service . I had shifted away from emirates , because I lost luggage and watch in emirates in 2019 that drifted me away from this airline , but I am willing to give it try
Well emirates since after covid recovery their service became much poorer than before , old planes to some destinations, untrained staff , rude , inflexible, and poor food, this specific flight the plane felt like in the 90s , and staff behavior was rude due to usual incidents in these flights for some destinations, i understand this but they pit everyone at the same basket, a readiness to be rude anytime
I had already opted for Vegan food before 2 months yet they say we have no record for it,
Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.

The 2nd flight from Doha to Mumbai was not of international level expected while booking with Qatar
There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food. Could not reserve seat in advance
In spite of placing requests for vegetarian food, I didn’t get it because they ran out of stock. According to crew, only fixed number of vegetarian orders will be carried. Typically, they should have checked and served those who had specifically requested. I was one of those to get the food last.
Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. I liked the food and services provided. I think the seating should be updated cause it’s to congested for economic class.
Everything from start to end was good and easy plus clean i enjoy my trip in qatar airline
just overall disappointing, not a treat to travel these days....paying for Main Cabin Extra was not worth it.
They attended to my needs as I couldn't walk and they provided a wheelchair for me.q

I did like the employee's, they are very friendly and all smiled most of the time, Overall, from checking in bags to getting on plane, not enough employees to be able to get all on the plane, therefore I was not able to get on the plane, due to no one wea there for me to check in my bag, so I decided to go thru the security point and by the time they were done with my bags, I was told that my bag cannot be checked in, and then found out that the lady that does the check in was boarding the customers onto the plane, she said that she was going back and fourth, there for was not able to get on the plane, which changed all my flights by the time I got to Dallas, I was on standby 3 times, and wasn't sure about being able to get on the fourth plane, so ended up buying another plane ticket, so I could make my destination on time.
Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, soay e there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.
Midway thru the 2 hour flight the entertainment system just stopped. I could get the map, but the movie and tv stopped playing. It seemed to be an old plane so perhaps it only a rare occurrence.
The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

American Airlines no longer has Bischoff biscuits. This is intolerable.
We were delayed in Charlotte for almost 2 hours because American Airlines didn't have flight attendants for our flight.
I got an email from Lufthansa saying that because the flight was full, I could check my cabin bag for free. When I tried to do that, I got charged $75 because it was 'overweight'. Other people who did not check their bags didn't get their bags (that were much larger than mine) weighed. Nor were they denied boarding. This is a scam, right? Expect to see this review EVERYWHERE!

Food should be provided according to the passengers selection. In flight entertainment system must be updated with latest devices and applications. Proper over head headset must be provided rather than providing cheaper ones.
Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.
Overall experience is good with boarding and food. There was no entertainment provided on a leg that made it bit harder.
The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.
Dropping off checked in luggage was terrible. The queue was insane. It took over an hour to drop off a checked -in suitcase. They had four flights checking in at once and 2 people in the kiosk to assist
Lufthansa lost our luggage. After a lot of chasing on our part we got it back. The main problem is that there was no office in Bogota to help us outside of flighttimes. The customer service phone lines had no data on our luggage. I think Lufthansa need to invest in managing communications over lost luggage or this will end with everyone taking more luggage out of hold.
There was a boarding delay in Almaty. Comfort and food was average.
It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.
Almost 3 hour delay. First because the crew was late. Then a technical problem with the airplane.

Good flight. Was delayed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The crew were nice. Unfortunately the seats still recline, I had to ask the passenger in front of me to get her seat upright, as she made herself too comfortable and I was unable to move in my seat. EasyJet seats are fixed now to avoid such aggravation. About one third of the plane was empty, but when I checked in before departure, I was unable to change my seat without incurring expenses. That leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
The 1st flight was delayed by 7h. We missed the connection flight. They rebooked us another flight after 8 hours lay over and we had to take another connection flight after 6 hour lay over. Overall experience was horrible
You lost my luggage on the trip to Dublin and again on the way back, still waiting on luggage.
Anyone taller than 5'9 would be cramped. If you are delayed at all, expect to lose your mind while you sit in the plane on the tarmac. Furthermore, the food and drink options/availability is extremely poor.
Boarding in Miami was chaotic. Gate crew lost control of the mob! Onboard crew very impersonal. Food was ok — not as good as previous flight. Landed ahead of time.
The crew and the overall in flight experience was great. However the connecting flight was delayed and none of the ground staff bothered to inform us as to why there was a delay
