Pros: Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic.

Cons: The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer.

Cons: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. ABSURD

Pros: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

The plane did not park at terminal 2 but on the Tarmac where we had to walk in the cold to a door and then walk down a dingy corridor past terminal 1 security and luggage reclaim to terminal 2 to get out . If they are landing planes at the old terminal passport control and baggage reclaim should be in terminal 1 for these flights instead of a long trek

So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Cons: WE were delayed by a computer breakdown at Check in followed by the Captain informing us that some passengers had not turned up but their luggage was on board. We waited for a physical check on boar and then left the stand to taxi away only to be informed by the Captain that the luggage was still on board! We thentytaxied back to the stand for a fw more minutes to be told everything was correct.The passengers and luggage were matched.
