Cons: "Food service was pay only on a 3.5 hour flight. This meant there was a good cart blocking the aisle THE ENTIRE FLIGHT! Nobody could get by to use the bathroom or to walk around. There was almost always two people in each direction blocked by the cart. From what I could observe, the cart wasn’t even stocked with the items people were ordering, as a flight attendant was CONSTANTLY running back and forth to the galley to get items that weren’t on the cart! The setup of this food service was HORRIFIC even for me who didn’t order anything. They never even were able to take orders from everyone- never even asked if I wanted anything. I don’t think I will fly British Airways again."

Pros: "My trip had two legs, Austin to Heathrow and Heathrow to Riyadh. The crew from Heathrow to Riyadh were great. I wish I could say the same about the crew from Austin to Heathrow."
Cons: "Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best."

Pros: "Six years ago, after a very bad experience with this airline, I swore never to use BA again. However, this year, because of my children, I found myself on this airline again and had a very positive experience. The flight was on time, luggage was transferred without a hitch, the food was excellent and in-flight entertainment had a great variety to choose from. The 747 provided a very steady flight experience. Personnel were reasonably helpful. Continue this kind of service - it will help you remain successful."

That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

They got along well together, which aided in providing excellent coordinated care to the passengers. Not an hour passed without being offered food, drinks, snacks, drinks, and more food. Even a time delay at take off due of a passenger leaving passport in the terminal was made up mid flight, for an ontime arrival in SFO. Would definitely look to British Airways for my next European trip."

I had also learned about the protections that I enjoy as a passenger checking in online. The flight caught up in terms of timing as I had to catch a connecting flight to the continent from London. I was very pleased, also with the courteous flight attendents, the food, the entertainment selection and sufficient leg room in economy class. Overall a lovely experience, indeed!"

They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."

Cons: "Worst experience I've ever had. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."

We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Cons: "I'm a frequent flyer. This was my first and last flight with Ryanair. It started at the check in desk. The flight cost me 140 euros plus an additional 50 euros because I didn't check in online. I never check in. Ever. For any of my domestic or national flights. Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."
Pros: "I found the bright yellow advertising obnoxious. I didn't like the hard core sell of products on board. There were a ton of kids on board and it was loud but that can't be helped."
Pros: "Very unorganized and discretion about what was a carry on bag differed. I was charged an extrodinary fee while others did not."
Pros: "Free magazines, easy to bring luggage on board"
Cons: "It was so hot, we were sick. They kept trying to sell perfume! We all had headaches!"
Cons: "forgetful staff caused delay in food service and delay in the flight at the departure airport for 50 mins"
Cons: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Pros: "The staff & crew on the Ryanair flights I take are kind, caring and very professional. I am a regular flyer Thank you Ryanair Also I need to use OCS in both Palma & Dublin they are super! This makes my traveling so much easier and relaxing."
Pros: "As always, Ryanair tends to be pretty diligent on boarding by rushing people to the plane. No delays, we boarded ahead of time and arrived on time to destination. Their routes and destinations are convenient most of the time."
Cons: "There was no priority boarding at the Palma airport. We boarded like the rest of passengers, even when paying for the ¨privilege¨. And they made us board and wait in a line 20 minutes before the official boarding time. While checking our bag, it had one kilo overweight, and at the desk, they made us take things out of the suitcase and put it in our hand luggage. Making us do that for one kilo overweight is ridiculous."

Cons: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."
Cons: "I can't believe that I had to pay 45 euros per ticket because I didn't check in 2 hours before. I had no internet access and it sucked having to pay this amount. When I booked the ticket it should have highlighted that I needed to checkin before else it would cost me 45 euros more!!! I am completely turne OFF by Ryanair!! I travel extensively and this is the first airline that I had rip me off"
Pros: "It left on time and arrived on time. Cheap and cheerful but you get a great service for what you pay!"
Cons: "Big unadvertised feea. You end up paying much more in the end & feel like you're trapped in a scam after you bought the tickets. See examples: - to print out your boarding pass at the airport -to check EVEN ONE bag -to get a cup of water - multiple small inconveniences & lack of service on every front, even compared to other stripped down no frills carriers Delays! Cheap seats with an ad for food purchase plastered on the back seat in front of you. Repeated attempts to sell extras - food, drinks, jewelry, perfume up & down aisles by embarrassed flight attendants Bad service & total disrespect for & misunderstanding of their customer and even their own employees. It's unbelievable. Skip this airline!"
Pros: "Friendly Staff Checking in online as 2 people and having seats sat together."
Cons: "Waiting for buses and slow passenger boarding and unloading - held up by terminal buses and being stuck in queues on steps as buses were so full Plane was very hot - even with the air conditioning jet on. Both flights were delayed - on way out in air wiaitng for landing slot, on way back waiting for a take off slot."
Cons: "never board on the time indicated on the ticket. boarding is chaotic; no groups, no organization! waited for the luggage for an hour."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "Worst airline ever. The checkin process is incredibly inefficient. Their lack of use of technology is unbelievable."
