Pros: I had no one sitting beside me
Cons: Crying baby behind me. 2.50 for instant coffee. No thanks. Fee for flight change, $64. Really? Would have chosen another carrier, but few options.
Pros: The few staff that were working at 05.30 did their best to cope with no electronic booths.
Cons: There was checkin system upgrade that meant there were no electronic check-in. Flybe knew there would be long queues but did not lay on extra staff to deal with it. Not good management.
Pros: Staff did what they could.
Cons: Delayed by over an hour. Aircraft arrived and further delayed disembarking incoming passengers. Full cabin baggage lockers with bags clearly bigger than allowed by the airline to those who followed the guidelines detriment.
Pros: On time
Cons: The overhead lockers are in such a position that myself and my wife bumped our heads twice against it while trying to sit in and getting up. Not nice at all. The lockers should be a be a bit wider and positioned higher. It is also a shame that these days these greedy so called budget airlines (Flybe included), do not provide complimentary bottled drinking water (may cost 50p max a bottle)- a basic necessity and do not even apologise for that. All they seem to be interested in checking the size of hand bags in the name of safety! May be animals enjoy better treatments than the passengers using the services of these so called low cost airlines!
Pros: Very strict and inconsistent with carry on bags. Paid £160 for luggage. Missed connecting flight because they were slow to disembark us off first flight. Said we would make it and then left without us. Had to go through security again and also couldn’t find luggage.
Cons: All of the above. Don’t want to fly with Flybe again. Shocking.
Pros: Staff at boarding were sympathetic and pragmatic about hand luggage restrictions
Cons: Timing! 2 hours 20 minute delay due to “low staffing” is unacceptable
Pros: Lots of apologies for the delay and ambiguous gate change and wait for snow to be cleared so we could walk to plane. Didn't get original plane but a small stand by one. It was a smooth journey and we still made it to Manchester in plenty of time for connection. Staff we're really lovely and apologetic about delays and lack of information about what was happening. The plane was freezing to start but eventually warmed up. Smooth take off and landing.
Cons: The plane was cold but this was explained and cabin crew were informative and helpful.
Pros: There were two passengers who talked non stop, the rest of the plane was quiet, but when they had finally finished chatting the two flight attendants started and didn’t stop until we got there. Shame really.. surely they could better use their time looking after customers than talking about hair styles. I remember when you used to get great service on planes, you used to press the call button and it was a delight .. these days they almost frown upon actually doing a job bar serving meals and the bare minimum. Why not set yourselves apart by being fantastic
Cons: Everything else was fine
Pros: The flight was fuss free. No food or ents included for such a short flight. Purchasable drinks and snacks are decent enough.
Pros: Service is excellent
Pros: Operating a small jet with 2x2 row seats - therefore speedy boarding. Nice calm flight - the price was right - yet it is not a 'low budget' airline and both the crew and the passengers reflected this.
Cons: I encountered no problems on this flight.
Pros: Crew where lovely
Cons: The plane was late making me late for my next flight
