Delayed flight, so I switched fights to SFO to Phoenix , Phoenix to DSM. Excellent service through American Airlines

I didn't like that my paid for seat was changed 2 hours before my flight.

The flight had a delay that made me being in a real rush to take the second flight. The delay was almost for 2 hours. They moved us from gate to gate in 4 times. Once I arrived to Philadelphia, I got to run thorough all the airport, as the train was already closed by that time. So I got sick with asthma for all the running I had to do. And I was the last one to board, when it was almost closed. So irresponsable with the people

Flight was delayed and after being in the airport for like seven hours, it was canceled.

Overall fine, but the delay was annoying and the reasons for the delay were not communicated. The crew on board were phenomenal!

Flight delays numerous times. Everytime we would get close to boarding it would be delayed again. Strung along the entire time.

After a two hour delay, my flight was CANCELLED! No pilot available. Such BS.

Overall very good, only complaint I have is the crew from CLT to SAT could have collected trash sooner.

The AA app really sucks ... Every flight & connecting flights were delayed over 30 mins. One connecting flight on American Eagle said it was delayed in its arrival ... when it was actually parked across from the gate for over 1 hr before they pulled it to the gate. Seats in the economy/ main cabin are packed together like sardines ... no leg room.

Initial flight was cancelled at the time of arrival to the airport, flight alternative requires switching from direct to flight with a layover, and the plane felt like it would split apart, it was so rattle-y.

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

In business class overhead bins were minuscule. Had to use cabin staff to find a place for my carry-on bag. Boarding process was shambolic, as “passengers who needed assistance in boarding” absorbed an excessive amount of time and attention that Aer Lingus was apparently unprepared for.

Aer Lingus was fabulous.nhowever, Aiirfare Assist who Kayak routes me to to purchase tickets for m was awful. They messed up my reservation so bad that after about six hours on the phone with them over the week before departure, I had been choice but to show up at the airport. The Aer Lingus staff were amazing and got it sorted out but I would recommend not using Airfare Assist.

I had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the crew helped me check my bags and made sure I got in the correct line to board. It was a bit of a walk to my gate so arrive early. I would recommend securing a flight that includes checking in your bag if you remotely think your baggage is over 10kg/22lbs. Be safe and upgrade unless you are carrying a backpack or weekend type baggage.

Dublin to Boston was decent. Food and entertainment was included and that was expected for the rate paid.

No entertained. food and beverages were not complimentary. they lost my checked luggage which made my 10 day vacation unpleasant.

The food was mediocre, the coffee was terrible. The entertaining selection was plentiful. They lost my checked luggage which put a damper on my 10-day vacation.

Flight was on time. Boarding was quick and efficient. Seats were comfortable. Food was fine.

Excellent service, full flight but all went well ; slightly delayed start at Faro but arrived in Cork on time.

I like Aer Lingus so that is why I’m writing this critique so they can become better. The boarding gate was too small to board properly. Our seats were toward the back of the plane knowing we would be boarding after business class, we moved to that area after business class boarded. An Aer Lingus employee told us we couldn’t stand there. We explained we were the next group to board and wouldn’t even be able to hear when our boarding was called. She didn’t care and was not very professional. The cabin was freezing. I wouldn’t feed my dog the food. We were over an hour late coming into chicago because of weather which can’t be avoided. I asked the crew if they could make an annoucement for before whose final destination is chicago to wait and allow the people with connecting to deplane first. He said there are a lot of people with connecting flights. He said, it doesn’t matter. Well, yes it does. He could have been more considerate of his passengers.

They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute

The decided to just remove our booking without telling us. It ended up costing us thousands

We never made it onto this flight due to BA's lackluster organisation.

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

The air hostess were good, cheerful, but I didn't like the boarding. My son and I initially bought our flight tickets, making sure it included 1 luggage and a carry on. Tickets were purchased for British airlines, but we were merged with American Airlines. At checking in our languages, we were told, we don't have luggage prepaid so we had to pay extra $125 each and almost £60 on our way back. I think that's unfair.

Economy seats are so small and compacted so close together that comfort is negatively affected, especially on long flights. However that is due to aircraft design, not anything the airline can do about it.

3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing

The crew were good. The flight was on time. The entertainment choice was ok. But the food was bad, tasted and texture were awful.

After boarding we were waiting in the plane for more than one hour to take off without AC with very high temperature inside

The flight was an hour late leaving Heathrow. The food was mediocre. When we got to Austin, my husband’s luggage was missing. He filled out information at baggage claim. We are waiting to hear something. His name is Henry Jacob Braunig.
