Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.

This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?

Boarding, time to take off, in flight offerings, and staff were all great. I recommend using UA for this short flight.

Good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Flight was slightly delayed due to airport construction, but they still arrived on time.

This is the worst airline I’ve ever been on in my life and I’ve been probably on 75% of them. I said 15 years ago I would never go on United again. I was an idiot. I booked a flight with them from Las Vegas to San Francisco and of course they screwed that up and cost me a day flying all over the world trying to get to Thailand. My luggage was gone for 35 hours all because they couldn’t make their route on time

Awful. No counter attendants. No dinner offered due to delays.

The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.

Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.

If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
