The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.

Didn't make it to this flight as we sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours.

The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.

Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly

I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak

Overall good. We weren't able to find out about food options for the flight and there was nothing I could eat due to allergies. The biggest problem was getting our checked bag at Logan. Waited an hour!

The delay was very discouraging--- having to wait in the airport during the heat wave after a long flight from the US was a challenge.

No entertained. food and beverages were not complimentary. they lost my checked luggage which made my 10 day vacation unpleasant.

I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

Never happened. Lufthansa canceled numerous flights. Had to stand in line at Frankfurt Airport for 6 1/2 hours to rebook. Had to bypass Paris.

That they waited from my late arrival to board priority board. Smooth flight
