Not worth pay business classs and get service economy class

My experience was amazing. Very friendly hosts and impeccable service.

On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.

Flight canceled and then “uncanceled” after I booked are placement. I had to pay for both a Turkish Air doesn’t admit their mistake

I requested a special meal (kosher) several months ahead of the flight . It was listed on the Turkish air website that I had a kosher meal. In-flight, there was no kosher meal. I was not able to eat during the nearly 8-hour flight. There also was no kosher meal on the second leg of the trip. The flight attendants said there was nothing they could do. They had no idea why the kosher meal was not provided. Very bad meal service.

As soon as I boarded, the flight attendant informed me that the screen on my seat is not working (business class), I was a little disappointed because my flight is around 3 hours, then a man approached me asking me to sign a paper that I accept the fact that my seat screen is not working and that I accept to fly despite of that !! and if I don't sign then I may be removed from the plane !! It's a shame, paying $$$$ for the flight and then treated this way.

The cabin crew was excellent. They were fully staffed and very helpful. The food on the fight was quite good for surpassing my expectations of “airline food“

It’s amazing how much better foreign airlines are than American domestic airlines. Why can’t we do things as well? Professional, friendly flight attendants. Quality meals and complimentary wine and beer. Great selection of movies, shows, music, etc. Comfortable seats, even in Economy class (adjustable headrest, footrest, large foldable tray table, charging port). A nice bag of comfort items, such as socks, slippers, eye covers, head phones. This is the third foreign airline we have used over the last 7-8 years, and they have all been so nice, but Turkish Airlines was our favorite. We flew to Portugal last year on one of our domestic american airlines, and it was a pretty miserable experience in comparison. Kudos to Turkish Airlines.
