It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

Boarding in the bus was slow and extremely hot. The flight attendant in the area of row 21 was extremely rude and had the attitude of not wanting to be at work for the day. Emirates you can do better than this

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

we bought trip insurance from you and could not use it. 'underrated' only return 50 % of trip cost. my doctor told me i have stage 4 cancer and that I might not live till the end of the month..

I liked everything accept the delay try to improve in that area

The food on this flight was just terrible. I have a wheat allergy so when booking I ask for gluten free options. The food given was inedible. The bread rolls were rock hard. Once board I was given one and the only thing I could do was eat the chicken slice and piece of tomato on it. Also given was 4 small cubes of fruit, 2 watermelon and 2 pineapple and a bottle of water. My husband had a regular meal and found his very average. Then the evening meal was also disappointing! Some dried out fish with spinach and 3 sticks of dry white sweet potato. No sauce …. 😳 again, the same fruit and water. The passengers had to wait a long time for the dinner food to be served. My husband just wanted to eat and go to sleep so he was a bit annoyed about that. We got off the plane and I was feeling quite hangry. Not enough food or a good eating experience. Emirates used to be a flight we looked forward to… now we are considering looking at other companies for the future.

Flight got canceled without any prior information and it caused lot of trouble

The customers before boarding the plane from Dubai was HORRENDOUS. The entire Emirates staff had a stick up their bum. The guy at the check in booth was rude. I don’t understand.

Such amazing service! Wonderful flight attendants who actually care about the passengers and go out of their way to make our journey easier!!

They asked how much cash i have . I said no cash they said bring cash from atm . Why they even care about my cash.

Flight was scheduled to depart at 1210 hrs. It was delayed 1 hour 20 minutes (maybe for air traffic control reasons). The seats were worn out and very uncomfortable. Lunch was typical for airline. Flight free were friendly.

We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early and barely made our flight due to a 90 minute wait to check our bag

Very difficult to locate check in area, but after that everything went smoothly. Surprised to learn that soft drinks were not complimentary.

It was difficult to order a children's meal via online or the SAS app. Otherwise, flight crew and experience was great

Had my knees pushed by the airline chair the whole flight and the SAS flight attendant said the have a right to have it down all the way even if it’s right on my knees hurting me!! I asked them to push it just a touch so it wouldn’t be like that and they dad refused and said it’s his right to have it like that for his daughter that looks to be around 8-10 years old

Good could have been better. Comfort was fine with decent leg room and seat comfort. Would have appreciated a USB-C charger port.

We endes up sitting separate because J refuse to pay for a seat when I already paid for a ticket. Bummer. Food was pretty bad and we had to pay for wine. We flew through rough weather. I guess it’s all about reducing cost. Movies were good though.

flight attendant spilled juice on me entertainment was limited i wanted to upgrade but $$$ was exorbitant i purchased $69 seat, only to find out day of flight/purchase never went through & I was "assigned" a terrible seat! ( btw another passenger complained of the same thing happening to her)

Other than a delay that had nothing to do with the staff, it was a very pleasant experience.

3 Flights were late, 1 on time. When you have connections you have to run thru the airport because there is not much time. When asked the flight attendant if they could let us out first because we were 30 minutes late she said it's a small airport, don't worry. That seemed to be the standard line. Other airlines are much more helpful. Our special meals were on our flight going from Boston to Copenhagen, They did not have them for the return even though we had put in for it.

Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. No entertainment option was there. Crew members were mostly back of the flight asking each other for KitKat and chips to share between them.

Seat selection screen while online check-in could include free seats to choose from and show the options before we proceed. Currently, it is auto-allocated and there are no options for free seat selections.

Long way to improve. Toilets not working. Bad handling when flight was canceled

Online was good boarding also but a child was crying all the way with no intervention from crew member.

1st of all on February 27th Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight the seat wasn't comfortable at all, coming back the Lounge at Abu Dhabi didn't have anything. Than the Food in the flight

Overall mediocre experience. Check in was good. They're were discriminatory. They were not attentive, food choices were not vegetarian friendly. The food served was frozen.

1st time with. Etihad Airways and it was amazing from check in to crew. Great flight.

Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience. The new airport is fantastic, as is the new lounge, a huge upgrade from the old airport and lounge!

In my opinion, Etihad Airways is a first rate airline except for one important element. On the day before my return flights, when I chose my seats on the Etihad website I was charged an additional $55 (US) in order to sit on the aisle. I was not at all happy about this additional "hidden" charge and I felt cheated.

Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.

I liked nothing, my connection was missed after a 6hr delay, 3 of those hours were spent trapped on the tarmac going nowhere. They rebooked me with a different airline for the next day but never confirmed my seat, so I had to wait another entire day… after walking around an airport for the whole first day waiting for the front desk to open to get my ticket. A 19hr trip turned into an 80+hr trip. Of course, British airways has no actual customer complaint phone line, so I have heard nothing at all from the airline. Oh, and they lost my bag. This trip cost an additional $3000, several days of missed free time, and some agonizing discomfort from so much wandering around airports and venice trying to find replacement clothing. This sucked.

Shocking. Bumped off the flight as they had overbooked and given my seat to someone else. Rebooked for 24 hours later with no effort to get me there the same day. Staff don't care if you are going to miss events...they give you a hotel voucher and that's it.

Flight was 4.5 hours late leaving New Orleans. Food wasted. Couldn't serve dinner. Missed our connection

They could do everything better!! From the rickety plane to the flight attendants, when American Airlines is operated by British Airways, their standards are lowered! It’s like Macy’s, operated by Walmart!!

Our seats were moved by ticketing agent at Chicago, so we thought we were getting an upgrade. Turns out we were put next to 4 children 2 of which cried or screamed for the entire 7.5 hour flight. It was a terrible experience for us.

Lost bag on an hour and a half flight with no connections - ridiculous!

We paid to have overhead carry-on baggage. When we got to the gate we were told that our carry on bags would need to be checked and go below because the flight was full. Notably we were nowhere near the last people to board and about 30 other passengers also had to check their carry-on bags. Other than that the flight was fine.

Starting with the flight Cairo to London the plain was so poor no entertainment at all uncomfortable seats although it’s 5 hours long,then an American airline plain took me from London to Miami it was a bad experience the crew most of flight time not available and they asked us to help our selves for any snacks if we need. From Miami to London actually was perfect flight with a huge plain and perfect crew but from London to Cairo was horrible plain with stiff fixed seats not movable no entertainment or wi fi very poor Menu which is unacceptable for a business class
