The seat in front of me seemed to have extra reclining, which made my seat tighter. I couldn’t see my movie properly when the other passenger was reclined. Food was OK, but there was a long period without food, considering it was a day time long flight.
Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.
The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.
Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

Flight was delayed on 6/20 to miss international connection. Next flight out was 24 hours later. Not acceptable.
Great overall experience with TAP - would not hesitate to recommend for your next trip to or from Portugal
Boarding the plane from 2 entries at the the same time front and back was ridiculous. I boarded from the back for row 7 and others boarded from the front for row 15, for example. We met mid-plane and had to squeeze past each other. Ridiculous
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.

The plane was modern and clean. TAP staff at the airport as well as the flight crew were professional, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.
Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.
