The flight crew was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also the seats were comfortable and roomier than many other airlines.
It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.
It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.
The plane was old Only 3 bathrooms available for economy The entertainment was old and the selection was poor
Very good crew. Food service above average. Seats very small for a 12 hours flight.
Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.
My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.
Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight
I paid extra for a seat with more leg room but they changed the plane and found myself in an ordinary seat. This is expensive at 50€
The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts
Not have my bag forced to be checked when I had a carry on included on my ticket. Staff was very rude to me for asking why they were doing this. I was told there was no more room for carry ons but there was plenty of space in the overhead compartments
I am not very tall, and had a difficult time getting my carry-on placed in the overhead bin while passengers were behind me waiting to get to their seats. After struggling with the luggage, I turned it around, and left it, knowing it was not properly placed, but believing there was adequate room for it in the bin. When the flight attendant came through the cabin, she asked whose bag it was, and scolded me for not positioning it correctly. She turned it around and moved on. I thought that her approach was totally unprofessional, calling out a passenger in that manner.
Awful. I told them to cancel my return flight and they didn’t then charged me +$800 days before the flight for a biz class upgrade bid. When I called to confirm cancellation and get refund on buz class upgrade they said I had to go thru orbitz and it was too late. Scammers. Beware.
Flight delayed by >1 hour. Long boarding involving riding a shuttle to the plane.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Flight to Lisbon from DC was great. Was surprised to get dinner in middle of night. Hardy breakfast may have been better. No real complaints. Snack in morning was good and real coffee was a real benefit
As far as I could tell, there was no food service(!) on this flight. Like the attendants were on strike? No entertainment or wifi. Like, I didn't even know where we were unless I looked out the window and tried to recognize landmarks. Never had such a flight. I think you would have had to pay for water but they never offered that service.
Very agressive with bags both arrival and departures found minor damage to my luggage including my check bag being broken into nothing of value was in there so I do not believe anything was taken but definitely broken zipper into the outer pockets of suitcase
Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.
Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.
