Fantastic as ever. Great staff super catering and excellent service.
Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.
Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

we bought trip insurance from you and could not use it. 'underrated' only return 50 % of trip cost. my doctor told me i have stage 4 cancer and that I might not live till the end of the month..
There was a smell front the washroom on flight. There could have been efforts to ensure better sanitation/air circulation once used severally.
Check in and check out procedures Check in and onboarding was delayed by interval of 15 minutes .. total delayed by 90 minutes Bags took more than 2 hours to come out at Bali airport .. a very big wait after a 30 hour flight Bags were delayed for a very big crowd … 2 flights came in and their passengers were out sooner than ours
My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.
Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.
Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.
They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
Good aorcraft 777 but Worst food ever Breakfast was a bû’with matonnaise… Staff was nice but invisible most of the flight

Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.
Flight was more then 3 hour late and I did not get my luggages
the seat sizes and the distance row to row was not comfortable. when a passenger in front seat put it down (he kept it all the time during the flight since he didn't fit in the space) their seat was squishing my knees and it was very difficult under their weight. It lasted 12 hours and was extremely uncomfortable. The rest of the experience was very good.
It would be great if the flight attendants could inform people travelling with small children that at take off and landing the children should drink liquid or chew/swallow something so their ears don’t hurt. Also, Emirates serves the food to the children first. Really good idea. Best of all would be to put all children in the same area.
To be prepared for being treated with disrespect by the ground crew.
My seat number was changed unilaterally after confirmed online checkin from widow to aisle. This applies to the Istanbul-Port louis flight. Seat was also changed for the Antalya-Istanbul flight but this was because of aircraft change, I was informed. That flight was delayed because of a technical problem with the original aircraft.
They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.
I liked the overall flight experience. However, Turkish officials could do a better job at guiding non-Turkish speakers to their connecting flight gates in such a huge & vast airport.
Very good overall.... apart from the cost of extra check ed in luggage where they charge £17 per kg, and no option to just buy an extra bag allowance (at least on the route I took)
The seats have to be one of the worst when it comes to comfort and you have to scramble around to out your handbag in the overhead. The food is still awful. Definitely will not travel on Turkish again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for sure.

They cancelled my seats and demanded full payment to rebook.
We loved our flight attendant (Emma, from Scotland), the meals were perfectly spaced out, and the in-flight entertainment was super generous and delightful.
Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.
The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?
With three empty seats across the aisle from me I politely asked the crew if I could sit in one of those seats. They initially told me I couldn't do it for my safety. When I pressed them again they blamed the captain. So which was it? I didn't appreciate either nonsense explanation simply because they didn't want to honor my request.
Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer
Flight was great (only a short hop from London to Dublin). Wi-Fi available on board(around 2 euros), power sockets, complimentary water and biscuit. Landin/ takeoff all went without a flaw.
Staff member at boarding gate was rude, and more than once!
The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.
Lost bag on an hour and a half flight with no connections - ridiculous!
