Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
Safe made to destination. Late to start at GVA for icy reasons but we fought our next fly.
I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.
Yet another flight in which beverage and snack service was skipped. Other that that, firmly mediocre. Landed early, to gate late due to congestion at the gates. Airline's fault or airports fault: unknown.
Miserable. They moved my seat, but canceled the next leg of my flight. I resolved the issue at my transfer, but that resulted in lost luggage that has taken days off my schedule with no resolution. Worse, they fail to interface effectively with Lufthansa, forcing me to bounce between two equally useless help desks. The apps are unable to handle the situation, the bag dropped off the tracker, and while the call centers are polite, they do not provide written information to assist with cross-airline communication.
Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues
l really enjoy very much the flight was very pleasant
left on time, reasonable boarding process arrived early luggage came out quickly
I like flying first class, and United has a nice one
Flight was delayed 45 minutes because originating flight was coming from Newark. No complimentary snacks were offered on this 5+ hour flight. No screens for the flight, but movies offered if you had already downloaded the United app (which I hadn't on my ipad). No USB ports, only a flimsy plug-in port near the bottom of the seat that was hard to see and kept coming unplugged.
On the plus side, crew was attentive, drinks were cold, and in-flight entertainment selection was better than some other airlines. On the negative aide, Plane was delayed almost an hour, either no announcements from the gate crew. Biscoff cookies are gross, appreciate airlines that give a choice. Also, crew had no personality or enthusiasm at all.
I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.
UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.
Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa
We experienced gate changes and a long delay. My seat was dirty when I boarded and I had to use wipes to clean it myself. There was an unpleasant and overpowering cleaning product scent on the plane as well that lingered through the flight.
Original flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. Cancelation notice was sent in the middle of the night (only saw it in the morning), leaving no room to find other options. No offers to reimburse for the extra expenses or compensations. My flight to Rio on 12/12 was also delayed for 16 hours. This seems to be the new normal for AA.
I got sick nothing contagious but distressing and the care I received by Kayla? Keighly the flight attendant will be memorable for ever. Thank You
Waaay too small plane. They also need to up the size of the overhead bins. I would love to keep me 3k with of camera equipment in my hard case baggahe instead of it being thrown into the belly of the plane
Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.
It was fine. No drinks nor snacks offered though. I thought that was unusual.
So, the trip from Dublin to LA did not really happen because the flight took off before we could finish the transfer.
Very nice experience. Flight had good entertainment system and good food options. Customer service was very friendly and nice as well.

One of the best flights I've been on in a while. Very genuinely friendly staff. Courteous, kind, respectful. On a past flight (not Aer Lingus) I remember being woken up rudely to put my seat forward. Like a child being berated for something. Oddly jarring experience when someone could just tap you gently on the shoulder and gesture kindly. But I noticed the Aer Lingus staff were incredibly patient with everyone on the plane. It's the holiday season and I noticed a lot more elderly customers on the plane than I typically see flying, and the staff went above and beyond with helping accommodate people. Service throughout the flight was flawless. They came through offering water, and picking up garbage at perfect intervals. Seemed like this flight, everyone was on point. And the flight landed early on top of that
Seats are small, but comfortable and more space around you, so for a normal person the seats are perfect. If you are a big and fat individual, I would not think the seats are comfortable. All else was good and normal. Lots of movies to watch.
Customer service was excellent! The app was terrible, tried several times to check in without success! But the young lady that checked us in was absolutely terrific and helpful.
The same as I stated prior. We incurred extra costs that should be reimbursed, given we were not communicated with about schedule changes.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. Boarding, crew, food and baggage handling excellent (no bags lost, yay!). However for an 8 hour flight, there were limited entertainment options. And really would have liked to have a pillow!
The crew was super friendly and helpful. The food was quite good. An overall positive experience.
Plane delayed due to weather. Plane boarded, then told to unboard due to a maintenance issue.
A more organized boarding experience and better food would have made the experience better.

We flew into Barcelona and the plane was so cramped and very uncomfortable and dirty. But we flew out of Madrid and that plane was much better. Would fly Iberia again.
For what we are willing to pay for international air travel, our experience was very good. We had no problem checking in, we had very little wait time at the AA counter in Madrid, and the staff in Madrid were very helpful. The flight crew was helpful and courteous, the plane was on the newer side, and our assigned seats were together without us needing to purchase them. The flight took off on time and arrived early. Overall, it was a pleasant experience or as much as could be expected in economy for almost 10 hours.
Boarding was easy, the flight left on time and even landed 20 minutes early. The food was plentiful and really good! The crew was kind & helpful. Overall it was an exceptional experience!
We were delayed 2 hours because the crew was late. They need better planning by the crew, we had to sit in uncomfortable seats waiting for them.
My touch screen at my seat wasn't working, the films BA advertised on the website for this flight were not available, and the plane was a little dated, food was good and the staff were good, just let down by the aircraft facilities.
Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort
