So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.
United have really come back. Airport and boarding process is clear and good, app and information also very good
Breakfast was not loaded at SFO due to catering company change. Seems like a major airline at a major hub would have thought of something else or warned passengers to pick up food before boarding a 3 hour flight.
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
Nothing wrong with the flight itself. But due to 2+ hrs waiting in immigration and the additional security checkup in O’hare, I nearly missed the flight.
Slight delay but not bad. UA app worked well! Got regular updates of gate changes, etc. Don't have any complaints.
Terrible Initial delay for almost an hour before boarding and departing in Seattle. Then a “customary” wait on the tarmac in Newark after landing for half an hour. I call it customary because it happens almost every time I land in Newark. I do t know if it’s Newark or United airline but it’s a travesty . I use Newark because it’s closer than jfk to where I live but am strongly considering switching because of extremely poor in time performance and Condé and delay after landing
If other people in flight, followed instructions and were much cleaner.
Very easy to travel with, comfortable. Snacks and beverages could be improved. All in all mediocre experience.
The plane was diverted to San Jose (original destination was SFO) due to weather conditions and we have been waiting inside the aircraft for 4 hours to get refuelled. Apparently the airport was refusing to refuel us or something like that. We are still inside the aircraft and have been travelling for over 24h. Very bad experience.
I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The entertainment options were plentiful, the food was appetizing, the snacks were tasty, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.
This was my first flight on Aer Lingus and it was great. The plane wasn't full so I could move to a seat with extra room. The food was pretty good for airline food and the staff was nice and attentive. I enjoyed the media provided during my 10 hour flight. We arrived home early and it's always good to be home!
No food offered, just chips. Crew was no nice. I had to Stand up and ask for a drink. Even for a midnight flight I have had better experiences from another airlines.
WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.
Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.

The flight was uneventful, which is always good. The plane was clean and seem to have a little bit more room. They fed us every couple hours, and we had a lot of in-flight entertainment. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
