No choice of food was given, and I was served leftovers, so they were returned back. the crew is unfriendly and harsh. Need to be trained on communication.
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
No food was served on this short flight and we had no entertainment. Please add a box to check. We were served delicious Swiss chocolate though! The boarding process was fast and the crew very friendly.

We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.
They lived up to the Swiss reputation of excellent operation in all aspects. Zurich is a great place to make connections to other parts of Europe.
Food used to be better and comfort was not attainable after 5 hours everything starts hurting.
Well it was a 2h delay flight so that said it all. With very little if any information. Boarding took for ever with long waits at the terminal and then in the finger. To top it off and increase the delay we had to take a bus in Zurich. A trip to forget

There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
The food from Delhi to Frankfurt went bad or something cause I got sick after I ate the meal and felt ill the rest of my travel back to NY

I liked Quiet people around me. Crew could have helped people with overhead luggage so they aren't moving other peoples bags around and causing problems for people that had there bags there first
If the plain wait for the passenger it should wait for the baggage!!
We were upgraded to economy plus and everything was awesome!
We had almost a 6 hr delay, primarily due to weather, the e problem was that they communicated this delay and its length very poorly. The boarding was chaotic - even though they had hours to figure it out! The plane was an old 747 whose touch screens barely worked and there was a faulty USB port under my seat rest (something that wasn't labeled as being there) They organized my delayed luggage well. And I could get updates on the Lufthansa website. My shirt connecting flight charged for everything except water. Coffee was over 3€
Hectic boarding process. I upgraded to business class which was no different than economy except for the food service. Totally not worth it.
