Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I asked the male flight attendant about changing airplanes, said our new gate was right next to our arriving gate. He said no problem. He failed to mention we had to go through customs and security again, and walk almost a Kilometer in the process. Fortunately they held the Amsterdam plane because many passengers would have missed it. I did not appreciate the lack of information from the flight attendant, however holding the plane was a godsend."

Cons: "I was denied boarding on the Dublin to Munich leg of my connecting flight from Newark to Munich. My ticket was booked through Lufthansa, but the transatlantic leg of my trip was operated by United. When checking in with United in Newark, I received two boarding passes, one for each leg of the trip. I arrived on time in Dublin for my flight to Munich and tried to board the plane for Munich with the boarding pass I had printed in Newark. After scanning my ticket, the Lufthansa employees at the gate informed me that they had no record of me or my plane ticket in their system. I showed them the email confirmation for my ticket, but they still could not find any record of my ticket in their online system. The employees seemed more concerned with boarding all passengers as quickly as possible than assisting me. After being denied boarding, I had to go back through passport control to change my flight, and ended up getting to Munich nearly 6 hours behind schedule and missed an entire day of vacation. A Lufthansa employee told me that out of every partner in the STAR alliance, United is the ONLY airline they have had this problem with. I find this inexcusable, I will be AVOIDING ANY United/Lufthansa connecting flight from now on."

Cons: "Lufthansa rebooked me on BA, and stripped away my Premium Upgrade seating, giving me economy, an aisle seat next to a bathing-challenged male. It was disgusting and re-injured my leg wound. I AM OUT SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS BECAUSE I HAD TO PURCHASE A TICKET UPGRADE TO GET HOME. RIDICULOUS. I MIGHT SUE."
Pros: "This was my first international flight, and also first on Lufthansa, and I was thoroughly impressed. We traveled with another couple who've flown internationally multiple times, but this was their first Lufthansa flight as well, and they said it's the best they'd had. The crew were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. There was plenty of entertainment options, refreshments, and snacks. The food was very good-much better than I'd expected. I appreciated that there were pillows, blankets, and headphones readily available as well. I'll try to fly Lufthansa every chance I get when flying internationally."

Cons: "Not much. Left sitting on a plane for over an hour & 1/2. Then taken into a door where I illegally entered the country. My passports seized. No other flight available to Dallas. Sent to Newark, NJ & missed the next flight to Dallas because Lufthansa lost my scooter. Someone pulled it by a wire and it doesn't run correctly. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!"

This was a mass from the start I will never use this airline or Air Canada again they ruin my login and told me it's still usable we had a delayed for three hours on the plane. Never never again!"

Also flight was delayed leaving and there was rubbish and chewing gum from previous flights. we had to clean the tables ourselves with wet wipes as they were dirty from previous flights."

Cons: "Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way."

Cons: "My husband uses a wheel chair and a delightful attendant wheeled him and about 20 other passengers to a very well equipped handicap area. There we all stayed until finally we demanded that we be taken to our flight which was supposed to leave in about 10 minutes. When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."
Pros: "The 7 hr trip to Copenhagen was rough. The seats are too close together. My knees hit the seat in front of me even without reclining. When the seat in front of me reclined the tv screen was 6” away from my face. It was next to impossible to get out of the seat."

Cons: "You really need to either have no legs or be 5’6” or less to fit in the seat without angling sideways. But alas SAS is no worse than the competitors in this department. Crew served meal 2.5 hours into 9 hour flight and about an hour after complimentary drink. My can of Coke was well gone when the mediocre dinner arrived and I got an earful for daring to ask for another one. It finally arrived after dinner with the creditcard machine etc. Yes, it was $4.00. I passed. As the coffee service was in full swing."
Pros: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

I checked my mobility scooter at the plane door, they put it underneath, but was met by a man who said he was going to take me to pick up the scooter (in the baggage claims area--after I was promised in Chicago that it would be at the plane door when I arrived in Copenhagen). Made me get in an enlarged golf cart, and took me to the "transfer area" -- where I had to get into a wheel chair -- for the rest of the journey to the baggage claim area. Then he stood there waiting for a tip that was to NEVER come!"
Pros: "From finding affordable tickets to the moment we left the flight we had a wonderful experience again on SAS. Boarding was simple, we left on time, the flight was smooth and enjoyable, crew and food wonderful. It was a super experience so thank you SAS!"
