Pros: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Cons: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Pros: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Cons: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Cons: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Cons: Bigger seats the new ones are way to narrow

Pros: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Cons: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Pros: Loved the smooth ride.

Pros: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Cons: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: Flight was on time.

Cons: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Pros: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Cons: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Cons: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!
