I did not get the car they did not have an automatic and I tried to cancel additional insurance coverage but never could do this on my phone so I wasted $90 plus car rental fee.

Collection at airport was ok but we had to wait for the collection person as they had misunderstood our arrival time. We also had quite an old Audi A3 which was in good condition but had quite an old CD player and radio setup and no mod cons. Comfy though and staff were helpful and efficient.

They were terrible. We dropped the car off at 6:30 am to leave Crete and they were not open. No written instruction was given as to how to drop off the car. They are also located .75 mile from the airport and they had no shuttle so I had to walk (run) on a busy road to the airport to catch my flight.

Cons:

Green Motion are crooks. They cancelled the prepaid reservation we had because we were a few hours late. They did not have a working phone number to notify them of schedule change. They did not refund money and only offered to rent us another car for full fees in addition to the amount we had prepaid. They referred us to Priceline who are impossible to work with in getting a refund. Awful experience in every way.
