I just can’t understand why are you sell to many tickets ???? We had to wait 2 hours before 13 people from our flight take money and go to next day flight!

How about not delaying a red eye flight by 3 hours and causing a chain reaction of missed connecting flights

I was surprised to have such bad service since I feel Delta usually does a good job for long haul flights, but this experience was quite bad. Onboarding was chaotic, the flight was uncomfortable as the cabin temp swung from very cold to steaming hot, and the attendants were rude and inattentive.

This flight landed early, but deplaned late. We were stuck sitting and waiting for a gate for over an hour

Ticketing process was very slow and flight prior to ours had to cut the line. Boarding process was painful, entertainment did not work reliably throughout the trip and required multiple resets which took 20+ minutes, wifi did not work

There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.

Should board from rear to front, and from windows to aisles. That would be faster and more efficient than boarding from front to rear.

Cons: "We had a 2.5 hour delay because there was someone missing in the crew. It sounded like it hadn’t been properly planned for the flight so it was frustrating. However, once that person showed up, everything was great and the crew was very sweet"

Cons: "There was some type of mechanical or electric issue that delayed our flight by 30 minutes or so, which is unwelcome for a flight that late at night."

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

worst experience ever i choose my seat in advance and also have my seat selected in my boarding and the they told me that my seat has been changed without notify me

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

The line at boarding was not well organized and managed

The flight was canceled. Got rebooked to Chicago and when we arrived our luggage where to there. They were going to our original destination the day after. They would not deliver them to our house. We had to go pick them up.

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

Unfortunately this is not a happy ending comment. Positive: flown United before no issue Negative: it only takes one bad experience to not plan future travel with United Cancún departure was delayed by 1h20 minutes, connection in Chicago was 1h30 minutes. Flight departure time 6:08 Miraculously 7 of us ran 4 kilometres through Chicago to arrive at 6:00 to be told very rudely by the 2 unprofessional United attendants you missed your flight and that we should of arrived early. Did I mention that reason I was flying? I received a call that my brother was dying and to get home. They provided no assistance would not answer any of our questions, ignorantly walked away. Deplorable

Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..

If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.

Delayed flights. Missed connections. Inadequate rebooking timeframes. Incompetent customer service agents. Rather than a 70 minute flight home, I had to drive for 5 hours, arriving home at 4am — epically bad experience with United that I won’t soon forget.

Poor. 3 hours on the tarmac waiting for maintenance. We’re told numerous times it will be 10 minutes. Once going tv was blurry. Seat cramped. Not good at all. Missed an important meeting as a result.

Crowded flight, but upbeat and kind crew. Pilot greeted us at door, flight attendant thanked a number of “special” passengers for their business, another addressed an eight-year old boy as “young man.” United obviously trying to up their game, but though all of that is nice and notable, flying still feels like moving along a human assembly line, being herded into one small space after another (boarding areas with too few seats, planes with limited personal space, shuttles (IAD) packed too full.

Everything about the flight was good. My one complaint would be that we were required to pay for a seat in order to select our seats before the flight. When I pay for a ticket I think the seat selection should be included.

Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!

Comfort of seats, ease of boarding. Food selection could be better

Food options were limited which is absolutely embarrassing for a Flight of this size The staff did not come around as much and I am not accustomed to such poor service from American Airlines Drinks I believe were limited to soda and water

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!

The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.

Don't often sit in 1st class. Our experience was great.

The experience with American Airlines was terrible from beginning to end. Flight 1210 from Cancun to Charlotte was delayed three times. AA customer service at the CUN airport could not provide information on why or how to accommodate me if I missed my connecting flight at CLT due to the delays. Upon arrival to CLT, de-boarding the plane was a horrible experience. You all should have allowed passengers with departing connecting flights within the hour, to get off the plane first! It caused so many passengers to lose valuable time waiting to get off the plane, and then the long lines in customs! American Airlines knew passengers had to make connecting flights and still chose not to hold the plane? I missed Flight 2758 from CLT to DCA for that reason. Waiting three more hours for the next - Flight 1269 from CLT to DCA. Once again another delay at the last possible minute before boarding due to the plane going out of service/maintenance. Once the new plane boarded, we sat on the tarmac for 40min. I did not arrive to DCA until 12:33am. I spent over 12hours at the airport and I plan to never fly American Airlines again.

Terrible!!!!! Gate changes are a nightmare for elderly. I had to walk to another Terminal without any assistance! It was awful. When I finally arrived in Philadelphia my back and knee were killing me.

The Air Canada agent was very helpful helping with my luggage and cat carrier when I went there instead of United.

I liked Seattle but nothing air Canada did there was any good at all neither was kayak as when I purchased my flights the price I purchased at was not what kayak charged to my card and there has been no responses to my emails ....

No food offered. Parents with babies placed in the middle of the plane. Next time, place parents with babies in the corners of the plane to ensure comfort for others who don’t have babies.

Great Aircraft Nice crew I got really sick on the food which lasted for a number of days

Can’t comment on food, I didn’t have any but I don’t ever plan on it so I guess that says something on its own. Seats & arm rests are uncomfortable, have to use own devices for entertainment and there was no where to charge. Air travel has become barbaric, if I didn’t need to do it for work I’d stay home.

Seats are warn out, feels like your sitting on plastic. Staff was okay at best, doing the minimal they can for there job.

I never travel again cause Toronto to London flight canceled last minute.. no hotel nothing never recommend any at all thanks

Professional service. Comfy seats. Very comfy, actually. Food gets 4.5 out of 5 stars. For premium economy they could have surprised us. Nevertheless, it was solid. Can't complain. Highly recommended.
