Pros: Arrived in time

Cons: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Pros: New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts.

Cons: It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination.

Pros: Left on time arrived on time luggage also

Pros: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Cons: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

Cons: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.

Pros: On time, Professional crew.

Cons: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Pros: Very helpful as I required assistance

Cons: Airport management. For half an hour we stood waiting in a corridor.

Pros: I was in Emergency row by myself!

Cons: I felt like I was always being sold something throughout the Ryanair experience. It’s too much.

Cons: The travel time from Dublin to Paris is about 3 hours since the flight lands over 50 miles outside Paris. The flight time from Dublin to Beauvais is about 1.5 hours.

Cons: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.

Cons: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Cons: Travelers need to be informed better about Ryanair's baggage restrictions.

Cons: I paid for travel insurance yet I still had to pay Ryanair 55euro for not being able to check in before my flight as checking in with momondo would not work!

Pros: Staff was very friendly both ground and cabin. Flight left a little late but all in all it was a good service. I certainly wouldn't complain.

Cons: I didn't particularly like the constant upsale(online)but then it is a budget airline, so this is to be expected these days

Cons: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Pros: The only good thing was it was a direct flight.

Cons: Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!

Cons: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Cons: Having to walk and wait is not the way to run an airline. We even paid extra for priority and there is no difference Ryan should learn from Southwest Airlines.

Cons: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Cons: We checked in online and printed out our boarding passes. They do not post the departure gate till an hour before the flight so we waited in a long line to Get on the plane. When we reached the front of the line they wouldnt take our printed tickets because they didn't have a stamp. (Note) The flight was departing in 15 min. We and about 11 other passengers were turned away for the same reason. We had to get completely out of the airport go through customs, security and check in ALL OVER AGAIN and be charged an extra $150. When we told the airport personnel what was happening they couldn't believe it. We missed the flight and got charged extra! DO NOT FLY WITH THEM! They will look for any reason to take your money!
