Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
Lost one piece of luggage even though I checked in 2.5 hours before the flight
For my wife to be seated with our two children they put them in the last row on the plane where the seats don’t recline very much. The seats in front of them reclined fully which is basically in the lap of the last row which made it difficult to eat, move or watch the entertainment provided.
I would have liked to have been served more food when it came to Panama to Newark
The flight I was supposed to be on was supposed to take off at 1:50 from State College. It was delayed over and over and over again until somehow I had to rebook on a flight that was supposed to have left State College at 8 am that morning but didn't end up taking off until almost 6 pm. Not only was this completely unacceptable, the "token from United" was a 15 dollar meal voucher that has to be used by today. I would personally like some miles added to my account for this inconvenience. I was in transit for 8 hours from the time I arrive at State College Aiport to when I got home. I was supposed to be home at 3 pm and I returned at 8 pm. Unacceptable. I have not been on an on Time united flight in nearly 5 years.
The international / itallian speakers did not seem as friendly and professional as the others. Drink selections were denied ( a beer) until questioned about lack of ANY beer on the plane and then four options were given.
Comfort, don't think I will fly United again not worth the money to be packed in like a sardine.
Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.
I liked that it was on time, however, the food was not good.
Overall, the flight was good. Lounge access should be with all business class tickets.
Didn't make the flight because the first leg of my flight was canceled and the next leg was already booked.
