Pros: "They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable."
Cons: "The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky."
Pros: "The flight attendants worked hard to make the flight a good experience."
Pros: "the seats were comfortable, boarding systematic and the crew were polite and helpful"
Pros: "Crew were amazing. The cabin had the new lighting system which was an unexpected bonus, love it."
Cons: "Everything was simply perfect"
Pros: "Seat was fine ! I was very thirsty and no free water.."
Cons: "Free drink/ water !!!"
Pros: "Pilots were very smooth with the controls, especially on landing unlike Ryanair!"
Cons: "No food or even water boarding on time but delayed for no reason"
Pros: "US Customs and Immigration pre-clearance in Dublin allowed me to avoid filling out a landing card and dealing with long immigration lines at JFK. Very good selection of films and TV shows via on board entertainment system. Food decent."
Cons: "Selection of amenities at Dublin Airport in the US pre-clearance area is poor."
Pros: "Aer Lingus flight was great - comfortable seats, good entertainment options with movies an music and good food!"
Cons: "Check in process is stupid and staff was very unhelpful."
Pros: "The "sales" gets a little old. Duty free, lotto tickets, food, drink...…."
Pros: "Off ons time no extras got here quick all I want"
Cons: "Was perfect"
Cons: "Rude gate agent and they played the blame game as to why they were late!"
Pros: "The fact that I won’t fly this airline again."
Cons: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."
Pros: "We had a very short flight from Dublin to Edinburgh and everything was good"
Pros: "on time quick boarding from both ends of the plane friendly staff"
Pros: "The price makes it very inviting to fly Ryanair. I misunderstood the need to electronically check in before I arrived at the airport but was helped, very courteously, by the ticket agent."
Cons: "Any food or beverage was for a fee. It was a short flight and midday so it wasn't a problem for me but under different circumstances it could be."
Pros: "The flight was A-okay, but the experience leading up to it was not."
Cons: "First of all, the website is laid out in such a way that it's easy to make unnessasarry additional purchases. We ended up purchasing seats at the very back of the plane. We were unable to print our boarding tickets prior to checking in at the airport and after waiting in line for help, were directed to self help computers that we had to pay-to-use. These were not working and after lining up for help several more times (to get change to pump into the computers etc...) and sending off a 'chat help request we finally left and got a different clerk. While this second clerk was telling us we'd have to pay for her help, someone else overheard our challenges and took over from the clerk, printed our boarding tickets at no further charge and got us on our way. While we certainly appreciate the service at the end, it should never have come to that."
Cons: "U have to print boarding pass 2 hours before I did t See this written anywhere . Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"
