Pros: "They were nice, rushed through beverages, but since it was a short flight that's understandable."
Cons: "The top cushion on the seats could be less bulky."
Pros: "Crew was amazing, someone had found my passport and turned it in to a crew member."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "From check in to security to boarding everything was smooth with no waiting. Thanks for a great flight."
Pros: "When I finally settled into my seat on the British Airline and that Hostess came around and offered me a couple of free drinks that was the best thing that happened to me all day."
Cons: "For an older couple like us did not like having to climb the steps up into the Plane and being out in the rain did not help. However that was not the worst part of the arrangement between getting off the Aer Lingus plane and with so little time to reach the gate for our BA flight to Denver it was a total disaster. Due to a minor problem my wife had with her foot I had asked for a wheel-chair to be available when we got off the plane at Heatrow. Good job that I did because with out their help we would never have made it in time for your flight to Denver. Between up and down in elevators, running along the corridors, in and out of a bus and I myself trying to catch up with those poor attendants. I was sorry that I did not get a second wheel chair for my self. Only for the flight was delayed by about 20 minutes we would have missed the flight. Who ever was responsible for making the arrangements of just allowing a time of 1 hour and 10 minutes between flights needs to figure out a better time schedule before people of our age ends up getting stressed out and end up with a heart attack. Very stressful indeed, believe I will never let this happen to me again. Fly/Us you need to fix this."
Pros: "Everyone was helpful and pleasant to talk to"
Cons: "Online check in did not work. Could not check in and get seats until boarding in London"
Pros: "Premium economy seats in front of the bulkhead from Charlotte to Dublin were very comfortable and worth the extra price."
Cons: "NO complimentary drinks or snacks. Seats are bolt upright. Not comfortable."
Pros: "Shannon is a very easy airport."
Cons: "I was unable to get my seats assigned from America. I had to go to the Aer Lingus desk when I arrived to get seat assignment."
Pros: "The efficient flight but no drinks or snacks w/o purchase"
Pros: "I thought the staff were more friendly this time around."
Cons: "The least comfortable and smallest narrow business class seats ever"
Pros: "The crew provided the best service I think I’ve ever gotten on a flight. Attentive and friendly!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by three hours; not sure how to fix that but it was annoying. For some reason the arm rests in the middle of the seats would not go fully back and I felt like the flight attendants were talking down to me. They also could have been having a bad day too with the flight. :/"
Cons: "No ability to charge devices during such a long flight"
Cons: "Not even water provided without charge on the morning flight from Portugal to London."
Cons: "The flight was an hour late leaving Rome. They did not even offer a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Because it was late leaving Rome we missed our connecting flight from London to Chicago. Disappointed in lack of customer service!!!!!"
Pros: "The food, the staff and the free movie on the airplane."
Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Anne-Laure"
Pros: "- cabin staff were attentive and well trained"
Cons: "- entertainment system was tired and out of date even for economy class - seats cramped and uncomfortable especially when seat in front was reclined"
Cons: "I almost missed this place despite being there in good time (and having priority boarding)."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Seats didn't recline, no entertainment, no beverage or food service. Delayed leaving and landing and the ground crew couldn't find a working jet bridge further delaying the disembarkment. I almost missed my connection despite a 90 minite layover."
Pros: "Crew were friendly"
Cons: "Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board."
Pros: "Despite a late departure, it wasn't particularly late when we landed."
Cons: "Flight departed late due to high winds (not the airline's fault) but the result of leaving late was a missed departure slot. To avoid passenger disturbance, they told everyone that there was an extra passenger on board? Not the best way to defuse a situation..."
Pros: "That I made it home..and that the pilot was honest about running late and tried to make up the time. The guy checking us in at Fuerteventura was very pleasant."
Cons: "That the so called budget airline charges for everything..now on board bags. What next..a tariff for the toilet or to exit the plane..nothing would surprise me! 20kg isnt enough for a holiday...but just another excuse to charge more money. The on board staff never offered to help anyone struggling to find their seat or with their hand luggage. In fact the 2 girls at the back end of the plane were too busy bickering to notice anything. The space you get to sit in is ridiculous you can't even bend down in it. And the plane was delayed."
Pros: "This flight issues were so plentiful they provided me with knowledge on how not to run an airline."
Cons: "5 X delays, Incompetent pilot, No organisation of ground crew 2.5hr late"
Pros: "Super helpful employee at check-in in the Beauvais airport in Paris. Friendly Staff on board - service with a smile. Comfortable seats."
Cons: "You have to pay twice the amount for bags at the airport but one is aware of it. Best to know how many bags you will check in and be prepared before hand."
Cons: "Long waiting in the plane. 1 hour delay. Long line for bus to Brussels"
Cons: "An hour delay for take off, we were trapped in the plane"
Pros: "We arrived alive"
Cons: "Checking in was torture. It was the airline version of "The Trial" with a Dutch Twist (no one in charge). Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."
Pros: "Got home."
Cons: "They managed to mangle the queuing in the terminal, getting everybody on theit feet and I need the queue 20 minutes before boarding started and then have us standing in a queue on the stairs for ten minutes. The flight was delayed an hour or so, and pass Nebraska then asked to take their seats quickly as if they had caused the delay. The crew were tired but polite. Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Delayed, unable to buy a cup of tea, rude staff. Will never fly with such a shambolic, greedy airline again."
