Cons: Everything else. Air Lingus is like Ryan Air with an Irish accent. No space, terrible food, very low quality entertainment system with the sound muffled and barely audible.

Pros: Going through US Customs in Dublin is great, makes The landing home so much easier.

Cons: The airline made people unnecessarily nervous by posting a very early boarding time so people thought they had to jump in line in customs when, in fact, we all had the same departure times and all had plenty of time.

Pros: Crew have specific instructions and we're lovely

Cons: Recommending people don't push the seat back as the coach class is very tight

Pros: I never got on the flight as there is a global pandemic and a mandate for NY'ers not to travel. The worst part is that I don't think I'm getting a refund.

Cons: Flight was late due to earlier mechanical error. These things happen but still annoying when they do. Crew didn’t seem too bothered.
