Really lovely trip and flight. The flight staff were so accommodating and warm throughout!
Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.
during a very rough flight, I was forced to sit in a last row seat, fell asleep, and was forced to return to my assigned seat after the turbulence. The stewardess then used that seat to sleep.
I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.
Flight was great. Had to wait almost 100 minutes for luggage (some problem in the delivery). This may not be an Aer Lingus problem, but an SFO problem.

Probably my favorite airline and way to go to Europe. Everything went smoothly! Food was tasty, crew was pleasant. Really cannot complain!
British airways keeps canceling our flights. I won’t be booking any future flights with them
I could not charge my phone the entire night or read my book, as the whole middle isle was without power.
I will fly again with American airlines. It's efficient to get from A to B point, not too long layovers . Flights were on time, but box food on the long distance flight was dry, stale overcooked.
British Airways did a great job and the entire crew was punctual and polite; dignified and delightful!
Flight was fine, food better than anticipated and flight attendants were helpful and friendly.
Our headphone plug is broken, we can not enjoy our entertainment, especially traveling with 5 year old who like to watch movie
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.
The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.
Don't fly thru London Awful and huge U need 4 hrs to transfer cuz u have to tale buses to and fro from airplanes Bad business
