A seat was broken There was a delay of 45min A checked bag was missing in Boston

Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.

I sat in the first row behind first class. There was plenty of legroom. The entertainment was great. I saw two excellent movies and one episode of a sitcom. Also enjoyed the flight tracker.

Economy seats a bit small but other than that it was all good.

Better food than other airlines and the flight staff was very attentive and nice.

It was fine. Not worth the premium price. Overhead bins were so high I could barely reach and no crew offered to help me. Average food. Lounge in Dublin - 51st and green- absolutely appalling. Plagued with hordes of flies, dirty, meager food and beverages. Shameful.

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

In business class overhead bins were minuscule. Had to use cabin staff to find a place for my carry-on bag. Boarding process was shambolic, as “passengers who needed assistance in boarding” absorbed an excessive amount of time and attention that Aer Lingus was apparently unprepared for.

Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.

Plane could have been cleaner. There were many crumbs and crud around the seat mounts.
