In addition you wanted to route me through Dubai, which was under siege by the time I arrived home and would’ve been in trouble. Had I taken that route

A little bit late but it went smoothly overall. Delicious food on Indigo!

We waited at BOS at the gate for an hour and couldn’t get a drink or anything. Once in the air the service, food and ride was excellent.

Really appreciated the care, attention and friendliness of cabin crew. Very comfortable, prompt and efficient flight.

It is an airline that has the service that used to be in the old times as a standard and now is rare. Very good.

My seat cushion was poor. The cushion was compressed and was uncomfortable for such a long flight.

We always use BA due to the direct flight options, we have always had a pleasant flight with BA.

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.

Great crew and food and beverage. Seating tight but not the airline's fault. Will definitely fly BA in future!
