Pros: "Crew was great and movie selection was good. And the food was also good"
Cons: "It was all good!"
Pros: "Really liked the flight staff.. great service and all very humorous. More room than on most flights and everything was on time"
Pros: "Service manager Alan and crew were lovely, very friendly and felt genuinely happy to help us. I have never been given so much free stuff on a plane before! The snacks and beverage offerings just kept coming. I enjoyed my warm meal. Entertainment offerings were good, and as we were on a newer plane the technology was better than other flights I’ve been on."
Cons: "Seats could have been a bit more comfortable and roomy, but they were decent and I didn’t have too much trouble sleeping."
Pros: "Very good crew. Friendly. Smiling. Helpful. Short flight. 50 min."
Pros: "Fruebdjf, courteous and good food."
Cons: "Nothing!"
Pros: "flight was great, safety video and pilots were great. 8/10 would recommend. Was great for the price. Attendants were great."
Cons: "No free beverage or food even on international flight. In the exit seats, there are major pros and cons. The exit row has amazing leg room, but you can’t use your tv screen like other passengers (can’t listen to movies because there is no aux plug and no usb to charge your phone like other passengers)"
Pros: "Overall it was fine. Friendly staff, everything pretty efficient."
Cons: "Truly disappointed to find that BA has decided to charge for ANY beverage whatsoever, even tea. I have such fond memories of flying BA years ago. My husband and I so enjoyed the disposable plastic blue teacups that we brought them home with us and still use them as kitchen scoops all these years later. I know that may seem silly, but even without that nostalgic memory, it just feels SUPER unpleasant to have to pay for the basic (non-alcoholic) beverage service. Honestly, just charge a few bucks extra on the ticket in the first place."
Pros: "Food ok"
Cons: "No tv in headrest, also outlets didn’t work, almost lost my mind"
Pros: "Great flight"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 30 mins to Dublin and flight was delayed 1 hour back to London. No free meals provided"
Pros: "Gate agents good. Same with cabin crew"
Cons: "No AC charging. Legroom in business was tight"
Pros: "I appreciated the brand new seats on the aircraft which were quite comfortable, and the friendly crew who actually were nice enough to have a conversation with. Enjoyed the Marks and Spencer’s food too."
Cons: "The boarding at Dublin airport was not great, masses of crowds from every displaced flight due to snow (not all British Airways, many other airlines adding to the crowd). Was not awful but not fun."
Pros: "Great service as always"
Pros: "Nothing I didn’t make the flight"
Cons: "Heathrow security is slower than molasses and rude. They had to check my bags and it took them over an hour. They were condescending and very unprofessional. Also extremely slow."
Pros: "Nice flight personnel."
Cons: "Not even free water on the plane for an international flight! Can it get any more basic!?"
Cons: "Not the best airplane food I had, luckily I packed some snacks before leaving Düsseldorf"
Cons: "Small plane"
Pros: "It was awesome how the windows are tinted and you can sometimes control it, and the new TV things on the back of every seat are truly amazing!"
Cons: "WHY is there no dairy free food?! I'm vegan but even for lactose intolerant people with more normal diets - there were absolutely no options! "meatballs and rice or pasta with a cheese sauce" - come ON! It's not that hard to make a vegetarian option that also happens to be dairy free!"
Pros: "On-time arrival"
Cons: "Seating was very packed"
Pros: "Flew with partner Aer Lingus. Extremely comfortable, good food, good entertainment, great crew."
Cons: "No wifi. No tvs. 1985 just called and they want their no entertainment airplane back. This is 2017.... get with the program!"
Pros: "Attendance were friendly and helpful and courteous. The plane was clean and we arrived ahead of schedule."
Cons: "No food, and no entertainment. An older airplane"
Pros: "Replacement flight was fine"
Cons: "Flight was cancelled and I was not automatically re-booked, luggage lost and not delivered despite repeated effort to reclaim it. Aer Lingus hold time on the phone was over an hour and attendants were unhelpful (said my flight wasn't cancelled in their system even though I received an email that it was - which ended up being true)"
Pros: "Comfortable seating"
Cons: "No beverage service."
Pros: "Short flight but thought there would be beverage service????"
Pros: "The food was surprisingly good"
Cons: "This was an old plane with the cvs in the ceiling and only every 8 or so seats so the entertainment was difficult to see and much needed during a 7 hour flight."
Pros: "British Airways certainly has slipped. Very mediocre service."
Cons: "Didn't tell us if/when we would be eating. I called for a flat attendant twice, with no response. When I pointed this out, she said that she knew they would be coming through the cabin with drinks, so she didn't bother to respond. Just so long as it was easy for her..."
Pros: "Great meals, entertainment options, and service. Perfect landing of the 747 as well."
Cons: "Not the fault of British Airways, but Denver International Airport has a cumbersome and lengthy process for the re-entry of U.S. Citizens. We stood in two different lines for over an hour to be screened for customs."
Pros: "Efficient boarding, friendly crew, good food, individual entertainment consoles, and plane was not very crowded."
Cons: "Extra charge for items traditionally included on trans-Atlantic flights, entertainment choices dated and limited, assigned seating clumped travelers together instead of spreading them out among available travelers."
Pros: "Arrived ahead of time."
Cons: "No free alcoholic drinks. Seats are barely up to international standard - narrow, as is the aisle. Very poor quality food."
Pros: "Staff was pleasant."
Cons: "Website didn't work for online checkin. Flight only half full but somehow I was assigned to the coldest seat on the plane with an exit door obstructing legroom. Toilets were out of order and only one was available for most of an eight-hour flight. Airline charged for drinks. Food (chicken stew in a brown gravy?) was repellant. Entertainment choices dated and uninteresting. Luggage lost, with one agent available to slowly help more than 30 people. Luggage missing for over 24 hours. No response from airline. Enough."
Cons: "Lost luggage for 25% of the flight. They say this happens often. spent 3 hours at the airport filing a claim. I hope I see my suit case again"
Cons: "The sign said it would board by rows but they did general call and it was ridiculous on a flight this large. Nothing"
Cons: "This was a connecting flight for us and was delayed causing us to miss our flight home from London to Los Angeles. There were no flights back to Los Angeles until the following morning (18 hours later). We had to stay in a hotel near the airport in the meantime. My boyfriend and I were forced to miss work an additional day causing stress and inconvenience to our lives."
Pros: "Everything was fine."
Cons: "Small seats."
Cons: "Did not like that I thought it was a BA flight but was really a EI flight , which means I had to get a boarding pass but I was sure was on BA and almost went to there booking counter to get boarding pass."
Pros: "The food was pretty good"
Cons: "The movie selection was really bad and not updated. They lost my luggage, but not only me, 10 more people luggage. And when we went to reclaim they didn't even have papers for all of us. Really unorganized"
Cons: "Terrible food, no option available online to order special meals, the restrooms were filthy and not looked after. We are never flying either British Airways or Aer Lingus in future. It was a big mistake !"
Cons: "We were late taking off due to the airport and plane not sharing passenger data, and then forced to delay exiting the plane and then forced to sit on a bus rather than enter the terminal."
Pros: "Flight attendants were great."
Cons: "Boarding was a little rough."
Pros: "The boarding we good. Ontime."
Cons: "Sitting on the tarmac waiting for a gate for an hour. Food was not great."
Pros: "The actual aircraft was well maintained and inviting. The crew and the food, as always, was outstanding."
Cons: "Two things: 1) My screen wasn't functioning properly. I did tell a crew member and she re-started it for me; but, it continued to glitch and was, for the most part, unusable. (The touch screen was unresponsive and kept getting stuck). 2) When the person in front of me reclined, her seat was very close to my face, giving me very little room. I didn't want to do the same thing to the person behind me, so I kept my seat upright, which didn't help. I only got up once during the whole flight and I know it was uncomfortable for the reclining person because there was no way to exit without jostling her."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and efficient, friendly crew, on time!"
Pros: "Very friendly flight crew."
Cons: "Hard brake on the landing."
Cons: "Delayed flight"
Pros: "Nothing stands out"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats for a long haul flight. Don't appreciate having to pay for a seat assignment!!!"
Cons: "Even though the flight is being purchased as it is one flight (i.e. code share) I was unable to check in online before my flight from DUB-LHR. Neither Aer LIngus or BA were willing to help in the US. Upon arrival the means to obtain a boarding pass took well over 1 hour plus so very bad when the object was to see some shops in the Dublin airport. Overall very bad experience"
Pros: "A very good flight."
Pros: "Very quick. Great service"
Pros: "Fare"
Cons: "Seat rows are close together"
Pros: "On time basic transportation"
Cons: "I was a little confused about bags. My bag fit under the seat, it's a "small bag". A "cabin bag" is what I would call a carry on."
Pros: "Seat was all sticky and I had to clean it"
Cons: "Plane was late as most Ryanair flights in the afternoon are expected to be."
Pros: "I do not know why we could not select seat upon booking - so that my wife and I could have sat next to each other. I know it's away you would like to make extra cash - but its a bit silly"
Cons: "The Yellow colour on seats - juts looks bad"
Cons: "a series of frustrating events, all of which i had to pay for, none of which were justified"
Cons: "I paid nothing for my bag going to Dublin and had to pay 10€ coming back. WHY???"

Pros: "Delayed and had to have replacement plane"
Cons: "Delayed and had to have replacement plane"
Pros: "I like the staff - they were kind and helpful"
Cons: "I didn’t like how you had to pay for food and there was not a comfortable position in the seats"
Pros: "You got what you paid for"
Cons: "N/A"
Cons: "Delayed for over an hour with no announcement or reasons given."
Pros: "Na"
Cons: "The almost two hr delay sitting on the plane then having to change planes."
Pros: "The plane was so empty, we were allowed to change seats so I sat by a window seat and had the whole row to myself! Also, the plane was warmer than usual, which was kinda nice."
Cons: "It was delayed by 40 minutes."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "All"
Cons: "No tv or entertainment"
Cons: "They didnt took care for me reach my destination. Even After they they new that was ryanair mistake."
Cons: "Arrival is horrific"
Pros: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Cons: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."
Pros: "I got to soain safely"
Cons: "Delays 45-90 minutes at least"
Pros: "Cheap"
Cons: "Delay"
Pros: "Very efficient processes and was incredibly reasonably priced. Great for flights under 2 hours"
Cons: "Seemed like everything was an ad to purchase something. I get that this is the business model, but I don't have to like it."
Pros: "low fares /on time"
Cons: "small seat / hard to get on to their web site to pay for luggage and check in"
Cons: "Staff at the check-in desk was rude and condescending."
Pros: "The food options were pretty good."
Cons: "The seats didn't move back at all!!!"
Pros: "One of the staff in the terminal was friendly and showed us how to weigh our bags and collect the bag tag."
Cons: "Forced to check in online or face a charge. Paid €45 Euros per bag to check in. For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors)."
Pros: "Short flighy"
Cons: "Charge you for everything under the sun. Breath wrong and it will cost you €50"
Pros: "Price"
Cons: "They didn't have record that I had paid for extra luggage for my party of 7. Luckily, I had my paperwork so I was able to finally get my luggage on without paying again. The flight bordered 40 minutes late and then sat on the runway for an hour. They was never an announcement as to why. My mother is in a wheelchair. They didn't let her pre-board, and then put her wheelchair through with the luggage. She had to get to the luggage carousel without it. They told her to just walk. Luckily, she can walk a little with help. Yikes, if she was totally disabled."
Cons: "I had the boarding pass on computer, but was unable to print. Took a long time to finally get one from one of the agents."
Pros: "Neat plane and friendly hostesses"
Cons: "Lousy timing flight was delayed over an hour"
Pros: "Ticket personnel were very helpful"
Cons: "Flight attendants were less then helpful in all area's ..."
Pros: "Cheap flight Friendly staff"
Cons: "Cabin was pretty cramped, no leg room No entertainment Food N/A"
Pros: "Nice crew and flight in time"
Cons: "Uncomfortable plane"
Pros: "Ryan air is the stuff of nightmares. I checked in online and bought my luggage online as it's more expensive at the airport. The check in never registered online although the luggage did and I was forced to pay 45 euro at the airport to CHECK IN. You go in wanting a budget flight and they take you for all your money. The flights are cramped and seats small. Which is fine if you've paid 10-30 euros (flight with luggage) but their added other costs are a disgusting attack on budget travelers!"
Cons: "First, I tried to check-in online but their system was down. I outsmarted them because I took several screen shots of different timelines. When I checked-in at their counter, they wanted to charged me €40. The lady wouldnt believe me when I told her that I tried to checkin online for 2 hours but their system was down. That's when I showed her the photo of the screen shot, she called someone on the phone telling him or her of the situation and that I have proof of screenshots. They finally allowed me to check-in with no fee. Second, When I dropped my 3 luggages, they wanted to charge me for my 2 check luggage allowances. I told the lady that I bought online for 3 luggages allowances, but their system only showed that I only bought one. It took several minutes for them to realized that I was right. Third, maybe because of my lack of sleep and tired of travelling for over a month, i left my shoulder bag under the seat of the plane. My fiancee's and my passports as welk.as £500, smart tablet, camera, credit cards, jewelries and other personal belongings were inside my bag. That day was the last day of our 40days vacation. When I got outside of the terminal, that's when I realized that I left my bag on the plane. I went quickly to Ryan air desk but the lady told me that we have to go to the lost item counter and wait for my bag to show up. I waited the whole afternoon at the lost item counter and the lady there told me to just call them and ask if my bag has showed up. When I got to the hotel, I called the airline for rebooking on my flight back to my country. I went back the next day to the airport, but my bag has not showed up at the lost item counter. I was able to get the contact numbers of Ryan air in-charge of this matter. I requested someone to call the person in cbarge, telling him that my bag couldnt be lost because of strict security inside the airport, after a long wait, they finally said they found my bag. I waited 1 hour for Ryan air staff to turn over my bag to the lost item coiunter. When I finally got my bag, there were only £40 left in my bag and a piece of jewelly was missing. I will fly back to my country today and I will file a formal complain with Ryan air as well as write the CEO or President of Ryan air of the way he runs the business. I'm glad I got back our passports but the whole world should know about how Ryan air run their business. PLEASE,.STAY AWAY FROM RYAN AIR."
Pros: "Just as expected. Boarded on time arrived early."
Cons: "As usual an uncomfortable flight (no reclining seats) but you're in the air such a short period of time it hardly matters"
Pros: "The flight attendants wont stop talking the whole flight, the temperature is so cold and the lights are never turned off, which makes it impossible for you to sleep on the plane."
Pros: "The price is the main reason to fly. It was on time and efficient. Would definitely ride this airline again."
Cons: "Restrictions on baggage made me have to rearrange. Nothing major, just a slight inconvenience."
Cons: "Over crowded. Uncomfortable seats"
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "The comfort of the plane, it was over crowded with no air on the plane. Getting on and off the plane took entirely way to long."
Pros: "The flight crew seemed very professional. The cabin crew was very polite and courteous."
Cons: "The cabin crew seemed very disorganized. As was the boarding process. People were standing during some pretty good turbulence. I am a captain on a foreign carrier. Letting the pax be that uncontrolled endangers others also."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Cattle car approach. Cost saving is commendable. Charging for EVERYTHING is not."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"
Cons: "Seats don't recline. No leg room. Cattle car feel!"
Pros: "The flight was very late and then the gate information came up almost as the flight was boarding."
Cons: "Lack of boarding information"
Pros: "On time. That's about it."
Cons: "First time flying this airline. Cheap ticket price, but be prepared to get nickel and dimed... Check a bag? Ca-Ching! Choose your own seat? Ca-Ching! Cup of coffee? Ca-Ching! By the time you're booked and boarding, you could be flying an airline that keeps the interior of the aircraft clean, and has a seat pocket to keep your stuff in."
Pros: "Special priority boarding was helpful. Leg room was good. Flight was safe & reasonably priced."
Cons: "Child behind me was angry and his mother did little to keep him from kicking my seat for much of,the flight. I let them know it was disruptive but had a window seat so,i could not easily get this frustrating experience communicated or corrected."
Pros: "We arrived to our destinations, and so did our bags. Good! And crew were all friendly."
Cons: "But this budget airline feels so in every sense. Boarding is from Tarmac, even coffee or tea costs checked bag, and weight limits are low, boarding is chaotic, no flight entertainment... By the time we paid for all our bags and did the whole dance of moving items from bag to bag to meet limits, we could have probably picked a better airline and had more comfort. They have a policy to charge for musical instruments, and even though there was space, on our return flight we were forced to check it, which we mostly try to avoid for safety of instrument...the way out no issue, the way back we got a stickler. Overall, for single travelers who don't care where you sit and just have a small bag, go for it. Trying to shoehorn a family of four plus instrument led to several up charges and annoying encounters at airport. I'll avoid next time."
Pros: "On time and speedy boarding"
Cons: "everything was for purchase on the plane. No complimentary drinks. And a lot of selling on the plane. My flight was selling scratch tix for charity"
